The pharmacy at this location is terrible. If you don't do all of the work yourself to get a prescription refill, you won't get it. I was literally told to call them back because 2 weeks was too early for them to contact the Dr's office for a refill of a prescription that had no refills left. And when I did, they still didn't get it filled. Then I was put on hold mid sentence. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention the days they close before 7pm. That's happened to me as well. I will be moving this prescription elsewhere.

The quality of fruits and vegetables has deteriorated so much that I can't do my shopping here anymore. OK for other goods but strawberries, tomatoes have been going straight to trash.

Well my friends, Sams Club was good today. A hog dog a drink times 2= $2.99. A great deal. Beats COSTCO all to he'll. AT least for now, you can get into Sams Club, walk around, build up and an hunger, then walk over the food, get your grub on. Unless like COSTCO SUCKS But If Sams goes that route, have to show a membership card, they too will SUCK but for now they don't SUCK

Sam's is Sam's . . . but I noticed that prices for basics are lower than Costco which I was at this morning. The big case of water was still $4 vs $6 at Costco. Even the hot dog deal was $1.38 vs $1.50 at Costco. Other things like toilet paper and paper towels were about the same (about $20). Hopefully when I review this in a year it is about the same.

Extremely clean, well stocked, and friendly workers. Will definitely make the drive out here again, especially after watching them go through some training with their new staff.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Sam's for products and pricing. I have been trying member mark food products and found them to be equal with other products. Great place to shop check it out.

I have not been to this Sam's Club in years I had a incident while checking out where the Scan & Go did not get 2 of my purchases. I had a disrespectful customer associate at the door that became argumentative. I asked for a manager and met Amanda, the new Front End Manager. She was amazing, diffused the situation right away, and said she would use the issue as a coachable moment for the associate. She then helped me ring up my 2 items that Scan & Go said I missed at the Returns register and personally made sure I wasn't paying for the items twice (even though I didn't ask her to do so). She went ABOVE AND BEYOND, and while I will likely stick with my home store on Marketplace, I won't hesitate to return knowing she is running things up front!

Got a rotisserie chicken that was raw inside and found out once we cut into it after getting home. Some parts inside still had some blood and others were hard to cut because it was not cooked at all. This is the second time we have gotten this same problem with the rotisserie chicken at this location, and both times it was the same guy baking the chickens.
