This location is one of the best, Aime is always willing to help, she goes above and beyond to help with detailed descriptions of products! Plus, she always has the best recommendations for my skin type, she is knowledgeable and patient! Highly recommend to ask for her (Aime) when at this location!

Bethany was very cold, not welcoming
Not helpful at all she had some attitude at the register and the other girl short and brown not welcoming as well. Bethany seemed impatient and annoyed neither one asked if I needed help

Stopped in tonight to check out some of the sale items. There were 3 Sephora associates working and 3 other customers. Not one of the associates greeted us. Not one of the associates could be torn away from their conversation re: who had the worst work schedule this weekend. Not one of the associates asked if we needed help finding anything (we did). Two of the three were also too busy on their cell phones to really care about why they were actually there.
This Sephora/Kohl's partnership makes Sephora look bad. I could have interrupted & asked for help, but after many years in Customer Service myself, I like to work with associates who present an appearance of being happy to help. None of these three did that.
Save yourself the aggravation & go to a Sephora independent from Kohl's. Their product selection is far greater, and their staff are more genuinely interested in helping the customer.

I went there tonight 4/10 and there was only one associate working, I was looking at make up brushes and got confused over what was what and thought they were out of something when it turned out I was looking at the wrong brush, the girl (who had zero make up on btw) continued to scoff at me, talk to me like I was incompetent, and had the worst customer service I've experienced in a while. I walked out.Definitely would never come back here - if you have younger girls who are just learning about make up, take them to any other location, the santan store, Dana park, and the one at the chandler mall all have much nicer associates that'll help you and won't treat you like an idiot if you get confused.

If you buy from a Kohls Sephora, you can only do returns and changes at a Kohl’s Sephora, is not going to work in any other one. This was my experience and because I didn’t know I had to stand in line in a normal Sephora and then they told me that I couldn’t exchange anything until I went to a Kohl’s Sephora. So I go to this one, and the cashier girl was very nice but told me the system couldn’t read my account and that the date of my purchase was over time that I could no longer return. I told her that I was still available for an in store credit because my purchase was under 60 days ago which is part of their policy. Her coworker was very rude and interrupted our conversation saying that they couldn’t do anything even if it was part of the policy.I’ll give the benefit of doubt and say maybe their system didn’t work but she had no reason to be rude, bottom line just go to a normal Sephora it’ll save you time and trouble if you are trying to return something :)

I can’t enjoy my time shopping in Sephora when I’m so obviously racially profiled, so closely watched and followed the entire time. I don’t know why I still made the purchase after feeling so uncomfortable with the employee standing just a few feet away watching me browse the lip gloss the entire time. She could have at least pretended to be working. I will not step foot in here again and spend my money in a store that allows employees to treat customers like this it was very offensive.

This location is really hit or miss with employees being nice. I went in today 7/1/23 at around 4:30/4:45 and the two workers there made me feel like I was a thief. I was wearing my babies diaper bag while my husband returned something in the back to Amazon with my baby in the stroller. In the 5-6 minutes I walked around the store magically the worker was down every aisle I was. And then another girl (looked like a manager but I’m not sure) wheeled in a cart and I tried to move out of her way and she stopped and gave me the nastiest glare. The two of them then whispered together as I looked at perfume. I waited for my husband to come get me because I felt nervous leaving on my own having them both stare at me. Word of advice- You guys don’t get paid enough to make people feel uncomfortable in Sephora. You don’t own the store and it’s not your job to follow people around. It’s your job to help them find beauty products. I’ve been a Sephora shopper for 15+ years and I’m a makeup artist/esthetician myself. When I went in today I had no makeup on, with casual clothes and a diaper backpack on. As a POC interactions like this really rub me the wrong way. Train your employees better.

If I could rate zero I would. I have never done a review but I have never experienced such a horrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding the Sephora inside Kohl’s especially this location. By far the worst customer service I have encountered. Being a rouge customer and working for Sephora previously the incompetence and lack of customer service was appalling. First when entering the Sephora area no one acknowledged or greeted me. Then we see a clear sign of a priced item being 75 now 35 (the 75 matched the cost on the box) and when we were trying to check out the girl that was ringing us out said no that the item was ringing at another price we explained the price in the front of the item mentioned 35 she rolled her eyes and expressed attitude. After clearly showing her where the price was she said that’s not the price with sass. She proceeded to just gossip with her coworker about the price incident and how she would not override. I removed the price as the pricing was wrong and based on the employee there was no product behind it. I asked for a manager and all she said is she would address her employees attitude and asked me to not remove price. Never once did the manager apologize or try to remedy the situation. Being a senior leader for an organization I was disappointed with the lack of customer service from the employee and manager. I hope this reaches higher leadership because I would be disappointed to have this on my team. To anyone reading this I recommend going to a stand-alone Sephora for a MUCH better experience!
