Just at noon, I helped to buy seven items, but my English is not good. When I didn't know how to start, a female Salesperson with long blond hair was very friendly, proactive and patient to help me find all the products and complete the checkout.😃 Although I don't know her name, I must say that she is a very successful Salesperson for a store.💯 Her service will make people want to come again.💰👍I hope my supervisor will give her praise.👍She deserves it.🥇

I come to this sephora all the time typically with a face full of makeup but today I came in barefaced and the amount of employees I had follow me was ridiculous. I had 6 employees come up to me in the span of a 15 minute visit and one literally standing in a isle with me after asking me if I needed anything and me telling them no. He even watched what products I grabbed and would start talking about it as if I wouldn’t notice they’re literally watching my every move. It’s just ridiculous a girl can’t come in the to a makeup store barefaced without being profiled! If you are going to profile someone at least do it more discreetly. Honestly so disappointing because I loved this location prior to this but this experience genuinely has ruined it for me I never go out in public barefaced either so to go out for once and have this awful experience is disappointing.

The customer service at Sephora has really gone down hill. And it’s not just this location. There are several other Sephoras in the valley that have the same vibe as what I’m about to describe. I’m a makeup artist and former Sephora employee so I could be biased from my own experiences, but it’s like this location ignores you while also breathing down your neck? The experience here is very inconsistent. Some of the workers silently follow you around like you’re going to steal and others just act like you’re not there.
When I went in last night I saw an employee trying to get her managers attention while the managers stood and continued talking to one another... at the cash wrap! I’m sorry but when the store is packed to the brim like it was, all hands should be on deck. It seemed very unprofessional.
I prefer to shop online these days but sometimes like to go in store to experience products as well and it’s hard to do that when the store is overrun with teens and unsupervised young kids. This makes the testers and the store a little messy too. It’s really difficult for other customers to navigate items they want when 4 teens who are just there to look at stuff they saw on TikTok are frankly in the way. This is not to say that teens shouldn’t be able to access and experiment with products but it was really annoying. I think I’ll just stick to online shopping from the comfort of my house lol

I was looking for a product that was shown to be in stock in store but wasn’t on the shelf. An older woman helped me out and grabbed another worker when she couldn’t find it. The younger lady said she was going to the back to go check. After waiting almost 15 minutes of waiting, I saw both workers with another customer at the other end of the store. Im not sure if she forgot or just straight up ignored me because the gentleman looked like he was spending money agreeing to buy anything they told him. I walked out past the workers and they said thank you cheerfully and kept helping him. The workers neglected the kids throwing the products around and dropping them all over the floor as well. Probably won’t return here if all they care about is getting a sale off someone who looks like they have more money to spend.

I love makeup but am not really good at doing it nor do I really own any good products. So I decided to walk in as a blank slate and just ask for guidance. Raquel was the person who helped me, and she recommend all the things I needed and nothing that I didn’t. She sat me down and did my makeup and showed me how to use all the products. She was really spot on with recommending products that would give me the look I wanted to achieve. Very simple things: tinted spf, bronzer, blush, highlighter, eye palette, and setting spray. I can do my makeup in 5-10 min note and look fresh, bronzed and glowy. I’ve been doing my makeup myself the past week and get so many compliments. Very happy with my Sephora experience.

I went to Sephora in hopes of learning what to buy and this girl Ivy helped me out and did a phenomenal job! She made me feel right at home and taught me some basics. She helped me pick out a more than amazing set of products and I am very happy with my first ever Sephora haul! Thank you Ivy!

With all the reviews commenting on the rude workers who follow you around you'd think they'd have a discussion to fix that problem. Unfortunately it still seems to be an issue, though, as I went there last weekend and had an employee hovering over me as I'm trying to browse a section AFTER I told them I didn't need anything. Then I went to ask another employee about a product since they want to talk to you so badly and she had an attitude and seemed annoyed that I was asking for help. Don't waste your time and money here, the employees don't deserve it.
