Whoever owns this place doesn't give a darn about it. They hire the worst, most disrespectful employees. And quite often their pumps don't work. It's best to just avoid this place. And I have lived in this neighborhood for 20 years now.

My husband and I stopped to get gas at this Shell location and immediately began having problems with the car running. The car immediately started sputtering and stopping. It's a classic car and likes some gas better than others, but we've NEVER had these kinds of problems with any gas. We barely made it to Auto Zone to get octane boost. That usually clears up any problem, but not this time. The car continued to sputter and stop. Fortunately, we hadn't filled the car completely since we had to go inside to pay and just made a guess with how much we needed. We added gas to the car from a different gas station. The car then ran a bit better, but still not like it should have. Is there something wrong with the gas at this Shell station? We're hoping this obviously inferior for whatever reason gas doesn't ruin our engine. If so, then the owner of this Shell station will be hearing from us.

Rating the convenience store not gas pumps as I just came to pick up a couple of beers. Very nice and welcoming gentleman at the register…diverse variety of products and it was good to talk Superbowl picks with the friendly clerk! Definitely not rooting for SF 49’ers haha!

If you are in a rush, I wouldn’t recommend going to this gas station. Whenever I attempt to pay at the pump, it never seems to work. Instead, a message pops up, instructing me to go inside and pay with an attendant. Also, The gas pumps and the overall facility are poorly maintained and unclean.

If you are in a rush, I wouldn’t recommend going to this gas station. Whenever I attempt to pay at the pump, it never seems to work. Instead, a message pops up, instructing me to go inside and pay with an attendant. Also, The gas pumps and the overall facility are poorly maintained and unclean.

Had one of the worst customer service experiences here at a gas station which says a lot. Went into the convenience store to let them know the pump I used was broken and had a question related to rewards since I pumped $0 gas. The employee (possibly manager) Matt was extremely dismissive, saying, "20 other people have come through this morning and none of them had issues with the pumps" which means pumps can't be broken if someone used it previously right? Regarding the rewards he said "we have nothing to do with it" which is fine and valid but could have been said in a kinder way. I'll take my money elsewhere.

The only reason for 5 stars is because of the one cool ? worker at night. Other than him ( the die hard Steelers fan) they hate taking cash and refuse to give you change back. Since when is that legal? Oh ITS NOT!

I come here sometimes when I'm jonesing for a propel.They have great flavors, and its surprisingly nice and airy in there. Well lit, with a friendly staff. Can't complain-- it satisfies my needs.
