Shell giftcards NEVER WORK! Everytime I get one it declines even though it's brand new. Then I have to call and dispute it. Do not shop at Shell. The only reason I gave 2 stars is bc the employees are very nice. But that doesn't speak for Shell.

Guy that works tonight is never friendly no matter how nice I am. Has a “give me your money and just get out” attitude with me. Makes me want to start going out of my way to Quiktrip from now on

No issues. Pulled up for gas and got gas. Pretty straightforward. Did not go inside. Prices are comparable to the other stations around.

Gas light came on. This was the closest for me to redeem my fuel points but ALL pumps were out of order. Disgusted. Not only did I have to pay full price across the street but it was more expensive in general.

One clerk that works there always comes across extremely angry. Not just one time as this I would understand but every time I've been in there. Very awkward. I'm thinking, " If you hate customer service so much then get another job". I go out of my way to avoid this store.

Location shuts down pumps when they are the lowest price or they know there is a discount on an app.

This is the second time I've encountered horrible customer service from the same employee behind the counter. I wish I got his name but he has the rasta hair, light skinned young guy. What kind of customer service is signaling someone to step up by wagging his fingers motioning for me to step up ... not a word of a greeting, this is his way of communicating with customers. He definitely needs to be trained in proper etiquette and customer service.

Gas pumps here skimmed your debit card.. DONT COME HERE!! I was on pump 3 and tried to use my debit card but i got a message on the pump saying to see cashier so I just decided to give the cashier cash cause i wanted to get home. once I got home I received an alert from bank stating transaction of $100 at shell.. I will never use a shell gas station ever again

I had saved my Frys fuel points, and went to redeem $1 off per gallon. I swiped my card, and was pumping gas, but it cut me off at $75. There were no signs about this. With gas approaching $7 per gallon for premium, $75 limits just don't cut it. I had to rerun my card for another 11 gallons, but since my $1 off reward had already been used in a transaction, I lost out on it.
