This gas station is a mess. The convenience is not convenient at all and store staff are very rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained. I have no idea how a place like this stays open, let alone how these employees keep their jobs. The temu manager “Kevin” needs to get some training on how to run a gas station and how to restock items that are always sold and missing.
Every time I shop here the employees seem like I am inconveniencing them for asking them to do their jobs. The owners and gms should definitely look into the people working in the gas station.

Not a mystery why this place is empty. Tried two different machines and they both wouldn’t read my card but locked it in the machine. When I went inside to pay the guy was unnecessarily rude. Lady at the desk was kind but that was about the only positive thing from this place.

I been going to this location for the last 18 months and I was never charged to get a spray down cause I had mud on my truck, I was told to pay 10 dollars or leave everything I was told made absolutely no sense. I was told I wasn't going to get a refund also. I spoke with a manager at another location and said that's not a thing and it's not a policy and I basically got scammed out of 10 dollars

I love the membership you can wash your car as many times as you want until you feel it's clean they have towels, air dryer, free air for your tires and vacuums and garbage cans at each spot to vacuum your car. It's a great value and Customer Service here is very helpful.

I've been a membership holder here for years and sometimes my car is perfect and other times it's absolutely horrific. I come often so my car isn't ever *that* dirty inside. Last time I came through was the worst it's been. Instead of cleaning the 3rd row they just folded my seats down, and the passenger side was completely untouched. Trash still in the door cup holder and crumbs on the seat. I did ask the employee to finish wiping the windows in the back, and he seemed confused as to why I seemed like the job wasn't done, and I felt so awkward I just left and came back a few days later to avoid the confrontation or to come across like a Karen. I just think the management needs to know that he results of their employees work varies WILDLY and i think some quality and performance checks could help improve the experience of lots of customers like me who want to keep coming back but are getting 2-star results about half the time. I hope management can make the necessary changes or I might take my membership elsewhere!

Zach helped me with my car wash this afternoon, and he was amazing. He was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a good wash. I left feeling better than I came in. I will be coming back just because of him. Thank you Zach, keeping doing you because you're killing it.

The worst customer service ever I came here because I got a free car wash in a text message from them because I use the company a lot is there in the girl was no help in the front and unfortunately the ticket was expiring today and the only thing she told me was nothing you can do other than make you stay in full Car wash and you cannot get reimbursed for the free car wash they were offering, she looked miserable and little on the depressed side she wasn't smiling or anything no emotions she musta been having a day I guess but, no help worthless

You need to upgrade your services on your website. I tried to see if you do oil changes or fluid checks no where on your website does it advise that.

This review is for Val Vista and Warner. Today Sunday 10/22 4:30. This is the worst I have ever seen this place! I come all the time , sometimes it's really good but today WOW!!! It was dirty, no towels. And I mean non. In any of the stalls . Not even 4 over. All towel containers filled to the top with dirty towels. No air in 2 places I used nor suction in vacuum. I feel bad if the reason was cause only one person working. I only saw one person .a gal guiding me in . Clean it up guys it's not worth my monthly payment if this is what I'm paying for. And 2 cars mind you.

I have a membership, and I am happy with their services. However, I got rear ended and needed to borrow a vehicle from a friend. I brought it by and ask them if they could hook me up with getting it detailed and boy did Justin do a great job for me!!! Thank you for taking care of one of your loyal customers!

Now that I'm old and disabled, I cannot even vacuum the inside of my car. I've gone to several car wash places but this is the best. My car was washed, tires are now shiny and it smells like cherries. The weird debris was vacuumed out, including the trunk, Mike and the young man who dried and vacuumed my car were especially nice. He did miss the very edge of the back window but I was able to clean that small area. Given that the last place did not even clean up what looked like spilled ice cream (which was not there before), I was very impressed with Super Star. They truly care about their customers!
