Dustin and Jarred were super helpful, took the time to do a very complicated paint match with great care. showed me sampling on the match, made sure i was satisfied. I will definitely be returning and recommending this specific store to anyone who needs paint. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Just had the most horrible experience here…
9/4 went to buy two gallons of paint to paint my kids room. Ordered from the asst manager, Marissa Kirk. I asked her for the lower line cheapest paint in satin. She said it’d be ready in 5mins. I went to pay and it was $160 for two gallons and 1 quart. I thought wow, pricey but ok. I got in my car and noticed she had given me their top tier Emerald paint. I went back in and said, hey I really wanted the lowest tier, Captivate. She said, well we are out of stock of that so I just price matched the emerald to our middle tier line. Ummm okay, shouldn’t that have been explained up front?? But I said ok and left.
I painted my son’s room that same day. First gallon of paint there were no issues. 2nd gallon of paint (used the same day) put blue splotches all over the walls.
9/5 I brought in paint and pics to show the blue marks. Immediately Marisa started arguing with me and telling me it was the roller I used cuz I didn’t buy it from them, coverage issues because I didn’t paint well etc. I asked to speak with the manager because I wasn’t going to argue with her. I painted my entire 3000 sf house, using their paint and Purdy brand rollers less than 2 years ago.
She stormed off and went on her lunch break. The manager, Sergio came out and gave me a little push back but in the end made it right and offered 2 free gallons of paint.
What is most upsetting is after Marissa left, he asked me what brand paint I wanted for the replacement. I said well usually I use the Captivate brand but since it’s sold out I guess I have to do the Emerald right? He said, no, we have captivate in stock. Wow… so my hunch was right… they did have it in stock yesterday but she chose to overcharge me and lie to my face all the while.
He refunded me the difference between the emerald and the captivate as well. So he made it right. But the assistant manager, Marissa, in addition to having a terrible unfriendly attitude, is also untrustworthy and a swindler. BEWARE.

not sure what location but one of your smart drivers decided to flip a u-turn while traffic was coming, then had the audacity to flip me off when I had to honk my horn.

The staff at this location is always helpful and knowledgeable. Sign up to grab the coupons for savings as their price is higher than most big box paint suppliers. The quality of the paint is what keeps us coming back!

We went to the store in Queen Creek and they did not have the paint so they sent us to the Higley and Williamsfield store because the system said they had it. No they did not have it so they sent us to this Chandler Heights store where we final got the paint. I asked for a discount due to the fact that I was now at the third store and they refused and told me it was not their fault. Guess I will not be buying paint at Sherwin Williams anymore as customer service is not important to them.
