Last visit was a little weird. Gal at counter was just disconnected from guests. Did not greet guests & did not want to seem to wait on other guests waiting to checkout until prompted. When I tried to get a price check on an item (& knew the pricing was wrong) she shrugged her shoulders rather than getting a price check. Not sure where the regular employees were but I hope this is not the experience next trip.

They went above and beyond expectations! We were trying to find a blade lock nut for a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower. They actually went out to one of their existing similar lawn mowers and took off a nut so they could try to find it in the store. They ended up finding one that came with a kit and just took it out of the kit. They spent a good half hour or more on us. Amazing service! The best service I have received for years!
