Horrific experience with a terrible product. $18 for the Valentine Cookie Crunch that was a horrible, sticky mess that literally splashed onto my shirt and pants ruining them! Something must have gone wrong in the formula but I am out the cost, experience, and my clothes ruined. Thank God we didn’t give it to a child.

After driving nearly an hour to get here, we got to the front doors and it was closed. I called the number to see when they would be open, hoping we could wait and then the GREATEST EMPLOYEE SARAH answered the phone. She explained that they were closed due to flooding. After she told me that she would be closed for the day, I asked if there was a way to still buy some slime because of the trip we made out here.Without hesitation she called her manager to confirm she could do so. We couldn’t enter the store due to safety reasons so she kindly and cheerfully brought samples to the door for my daughter to choose from and then checked us out. She handled the whole interaction so graciously and we are so thankful for the kindness she showed us and my daughter. She deserves a big raise.

Came in to Slimeatory on a week day with the kids. Dalia and Zander were so patient and amazing with the kids. They have great customer service. Definitely coming back!

They have decent products, but it’s their lack of customer service and unethical practices that are in question. They failed to send my complete order and never replied to numerous “customer service” email inquiries. Moreover, their “customer service” phone does not accept call and voicemail is always “full.” This was very troubling, as the products were a gift for my daughter.Save yourself the time and hassle and look for alternatives online. Many retailers (Amazon) sell similar products and actually deliver.Buyer Beware with Slimeatory!

I’m not proud that i spent $20 on slime. I’m also not proud that the only other customers in the store were under the age of 10.But I would do it again in a heartbeat. Slime can be for adults too, especially if it’s bubble gum scented.

My daughter really loved the experience with being hands on with the slime ! The store overall is very well organized and the staff is very helpful! There is a great variety of slimes available and the DIY section is so amazing! We will definitely be back!
