Such a Beautiful store and great experience with Zelma. This was my first time at any Soma location. I had a great experience. I needed to exchange a bra and get fitted. I’m pleased with my choice. It was quick, efficient and easy experience. I will deff shop here again!

What a wonderful team they have working in this store! They work so well together. I’ve never had a negative experience in this store. They’re always welcoming, professional, polite and body positive.
Zelma you are a treasure. Thank-you for making what can often be an uncomfortable shopping experience for women such as peasant one! Shopped yesterday with my teen. She had he remeasured and helped her pickout some new bras. My daughter LOVES going bra shopping thanks to the experience. She also helped me put together some really fun coordinating pj sets and helped me order a few things online.

I went into Soma due to finally coming to terms with my weight gain and struggling to find bras that fit. Upon entering the store and requesting a bra fitting, I was introduced to Carrie. Carrie was an absolute breath of fresh air and made a process I had been avoiding, a great experience. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful. Her personality is amazing and she kept me smiling the entire time I was in the store. Upon departing I not only had a bag of properly fitting and flattering bras, but also a confidence boost. This experience was my first time shopping at a Soma store and thanks to Carrie I will be a life long Soma customer.

Not happy with the customer service experience. It seemed like helping me was an inconvenience. Measured me in the middle of the store over my clothes and purse strap. How humiliating.

The one at Dana park and the chandler mall has much more attentive customer service. Made eye contact with several employees and none of them acknowledged me - not sure if it's because I was younger than most of the people in there or what but I'll go to any other location before I come back to this one

Anna was an absolute doll to work with during the last sale. It was packed and she was running around helping everyone. When the sales are good, they are worth it BUT be ready to wait for help.

If you want really great underwear at a really great price, go see the two ladies of color that are working there right now at the Santan Village Gilbert, Arizona location! 8/31/24 These gals are very helpful very down-to-earth. I never knew I could have somuch fun in an underwear boutique!
