I literally never have a complaint about them. My sons hair is always done correctly and he leaves feeling like a grown up!

Again this review is to comment on my experience with Spangler @ Higley & Queen Creek location. She is now responsible for my hair and beard!!! 1st time growing a beard, wore sideburns for many yrs. But no facial hair for longtime. We'll see for how long, but for the near future I am in good hands with Spangler's precise and professional skill for my grooming needs!!!! Sincerely AlJean

I'm sorry to the young lady that helped me but I can't remember her name(she just recently got engaged) she went above and beyond, took the time to explain things to help my grooming practices. I wear a hat most of the time so I rarely get a haircut but because of my experience here I'll likely be going once a month

So finally broke down to get a trim. The staff was incredibly welcoming. After a very short wait, the young lady took me back. After she examined the unruly mop on my head asked how I would like to have it cut. I asked her to shave it off. After the shock cleared from her face, she completed the job with the greatest professionalism. She treated me with great respect after I left a small mammal's worth of hair around her station. They cleaned it up within moments, their cleanliness was amazing. After all is said and done, they take great care in what they do and I would entrust them with my appearance any day.
