I went in to the Sprint store on 2483 S Market St, Gilbert AZ (Santan Village) and was assisted by an employee that goes by the name JJ. I initially went in to get a system upgrade to get more memory on my phone but after talking to JJ I decided to buy a phone. JJ was very professional, patient and very informative. He walked me through the process and helped me make a few important decisions. I was in the store for a couple of hours to get everything done and not once did his patient waver. Like most customers, I appreciate good customer service. JJ actually went above and beyond the standard service of customer care. His efforts are worthy of recognition and hopefully Sprint sees the value of an employee of his magnitude. He’s making Sprint look real good. Keep up the good work JJ.

Great job Fernando and JJ. These guys really know their stuff. They were very informative and detailed with the plan options available to me along with the perks that came with them. It was quick & easy to have my number ported over to a new company that I will now be with for a lifetime.

There are some very serious customer service problems with sprint. I visited 2 locations in the 5 days I was with sprint and the staff is so incompetent it felt like the twilight zone. I have never come across a business still operating with such reprehensible service. If you noticed I said “5 days I was with sprint” it’s because that’s how quickly I switched back to at&t. There are too many examples of horrific service to list but I felt it was my civic duty to warn people. Do not use sprint for any reason. I’m really hoping someone from corporate reaches out to me and wants more information. I’d be happy to explain all of the serious failures. There were two employees who tried their hardest to help me but it’s clear that these chronic customer service issues start at the top. Megan in Gilbert and Oscar in Chandler....thank you for trying.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is unprofessional, and have no concerns getting any issues resolved. You would think you would get better service in person at a store. Nope not at this store. Poorly managed. Go elsewhere!

Sales Reps were not knowledgeable gave us incorrect info. They did not seem interested in helping us. We left the store to go to another one.

If I could give a zero star I would. Came here for my iPhone upgrade from 8 to X. Purchased the phone and was told it's mandatory to have insurance on the phone for atleast 3 months and was told if I don't want the insurance I can call and cancel it after 3 months.
