Lori at checkout is so nice and kind! She emits a great energy that makes the experience so much better with getting my groceries at the end of a busy day!

We purchase vegetables and meat here. They do cut whole chicken in the sizes we want, which is really a good option.

They no longer sell their version of good and plenty licorice candies, why do you do this to me Sprouts? In all seriousness, the location is good and you can find lots of health food and bulk foods. Can get very busy with long lines depending on the time you go.

I will never shop with you again while you are charging customers to bag their groceries. If I could give you zero stars I would, where is the customer appreciation? I took the time drive to your establishment and spend hard earned money, the least you could do is give me a bag to carry home my goods. Shame on you!!!

I have shopped at Sprouts since it's inception here in Arizona. I like the their products and the fact it's not a huge store. I also support their bag program and ease of getting in and out of the store until yesterday.I had half a cart of groceries. When I went to check out there was a back up in the self check out and not a soul to be found at any of the 6 checkout lanes. When I asked an employee if there was a clerk to check out I was told no. I asked if this was the new trend, no clerks just self check out and the answer I received was yes.I had just come from a chiropractor appt, had produce that needed to be looked up and was counting on the help I get at the check out counter. There was no offer to find someone or an offer to help just a dead state of sorry lady. Having no option I began my check out in a sour mood. Sure enough, a man with a small child came along and requested a clerk and someone immediately rushed over to check him out. Imagine how I felt as he completed his check out while I still was working on mine.If this is Sprouts new trend I will be finding another store. Self check out is for a few items and a quick option not a replacement for clerks. I left a very dissatisfied customer and will think twice before I return after being a regular shopper for more than 15 years.

GO TO NATURAL GROCERS! I’d give no stars if that was an option. I am so angry and disappointed that sprouts agreed to spray what is supposed to be organic fruits and vegetables with apeel. I truly expected more from sprouts That they care more about our health and lives than spraying produce with unknown and very questionable chemicals to save money. I can’t believe you all agreed to take part in this. They also take the apeel stickers off in the back before laying the produce out so people do not know it has been sprayed!! Such a disgrace and dishonor. Stop this! I no longer go to sprouts for produce. Natural grocers is the only honorable grocers that didn’t lose their sense of integrity by agreeing to spray our organic produce.

I love sprouts. I live in Queen Creek but ever since I went to the Sprouts in Queen Creek and one of the managers in the Dairy who was a little Hispanic man, kept arguing with me about the advertisement for that week. The young woman who was the lady who pulls the orders for customers knew more about the add the prices and where items are located then the dairy manager. Actually she was helping me when he pushed his way in and took over and began to argue with me about the prices of the items I was going to purchase. It seems this manager only made things worse and to come to find out he was the manager of the dairy section of Sprouts! For whatever the reason he just kept arguing about the prices which it seems he hadn’t even looked at the weekly add!! I was so upset the way he spoke to me I have since avoid that sprouts or at least their dairy section! When I had gone to the counter that day to purchase my items that’s when I found out that the argumentative man, who didn’t even know the items that were on sale, and it seems wasn’t aware of very much pertaining to the dairy section just came over and whereas the young woman was helping me with my questions about the add and helping me make my selections after he came over I bought almost very little what I would have purchased and I haven’t returned to purchase that same item from Sprouts since!I’ll drive to the Gilbert store to be treated with curtesy. That’s if I need anything from the dairy section or I know exactly what I want and I avoid asking any questions!! I love stouts but some people need to understand that arguing does not endear one to want to return to a store no matter how great the products are!!So like I said I do go to the queen creek store but avoid the dairy section or avoid asking any questions because I don’t need the attention. Or I’ll drive to Gilbert. They are all around wonderful.

I love Sprouts, my new go to place. I gave it only 4 stars, some staff are not very friendly. Remember to bring bags or you will be charged. I do like their bags very heavy duty, great to reuse.

Awesome Fresh produce, very clean environment, and professional service. We stop in for Sushi dishes at least 3X a week (very accommodating and always provide extra sauce without prompting). They actually brought extra sauce to me within the store when I forgot to ask! Wow! Great Customer Service ?

I have never incontour such unhappy employees. I went shopping there the other day and no one ever said a word to me. Not even a hello. For an expensive grocery store you would think a little customer service would be nice. Alot of grub butts walking around doing there job. If the prices were great I would not mind but they are not low. It's too bad.?

Unfortunately Sprouts has made a decision to make people pay for bags and the bags they provide are very thick and bulky. I certainly have no intention of shopping here any longer. Such a disappointment.
