Employees go above and beyond to help! Giving a shout out to Caleb and the Printing Departments staff. Caleb and the printing tech went out of their way to help us print a few copies off an old SD card. Their help will not be forgotten. Will be returning. Definitely recommend this location!

I was able to find what I wanted with no trouble. The cashier helped me download the Staples app onto my phone which gave me quite a savings on the item I was purchasing. The store is clean, and easy to navigate, prices are clearly marked, and the employees are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!

Come here again says they are open till 9pm it is 8:02 and they close early or do not stay up on their hour ever. Thanks for making me waste gas. Going to start shopping at a different place like Office Max. I don’t get it learn how to change your online info if it’s not correct

I wish I had caught the employees names, but I wanted to give a positive shout-out to the 2-person team that was working in the printing area this evening (5/18/23). They didn't have the help they needed to take care of everyone's needs as quickly as they would have if a seasoned worker had been present, but they did the best they could with the knowledge they had. They worked together and each worked through the issues and figured out how to get the products finished for everyone. They communicated well with the customers, were very polite, patient, and sympathetic with everyone. Even when a couple people started to get irritated, due to the respect the employees were showing them, the couple calmed down immediately. In spite of the long wait, I'm glad I went to the store. My printing project turned out wonderful, thanks to the employee who worked through the issues I was having with the file. It was refreshing to see employees working well together and treating customers with the utmost respect.

Best manager, sales associates and store. Friendly, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, and just amazing. If you have questions or not sure about any product or electronic they know the answer and if they don't they direct you where to find it. Thank you!!

The customer service in printing is not what it use to be. They push you off to copy machines where you must navigate on your own printing. Advice if you dont want to use a credit card at the machine let them know they will give you an alternative. Five stars would be if someone took the time to take care of simple projects that were in need of same day on the spot issues.

Caleb at this store was extremely helpful knew what he was doing. He should be a manager if he isn’t already. He understood how to look up items. He helped me contact another Staples for the item and comprehended what I needed.

**Horrible costumer service and absolute disregard for customers time DO NOT COME HERE** I went in to get my daughters birth certificates laminated and Dillon said it would take him about 6 minutes and he would call me. So I walk around the store for a while and then go sit at the printing center for 2 HOURS. We constantly make eye contact and he knows I am sitting there. I finally get up and ask for a progress update and he hands them to me and it turns out THEY HAD BEEN DONE FOR THE 2 HOURS I was sitting there waiting. ON MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. He had done them while I was walking around and never called me and while I sat there for 2 hours never mentioned they were done Thanks for wasting my time today staples, great job

I visited this Staples location this morning to use the self-service machine and to find Velcro fasteners. I used the self-service and then went to search for the fasteners. Two male employees were chatting about non-Staples related information and I passed them, made eye contact with both of them and continued peeking down each aisle that I passed in search of the fasteners. I couldn’t locate them so I turned back to retrace my steps to peek down each aisle again to see if I had overlooked them. Upon approaching the two employees a second time, another woman walked near me and they both jumped at the chance to not only greet her with a very warm & cheerful “Good Morning!” they also immediately asked what she was in search for and offered to escort her directly to the area that she was in search of. All three passed by me, nothing said. No greeting, no offer to assist. These two employees could use a refresher on their job duties. Particularly in the area of customer service and ensuring assistance is offered to EVERYONE. In addition, personal conversations about your weekend should not be discussed on the floor or during working hours. No one cares about your dating exploits.

I took a book to get rebound at this store. Unfortunately, the person who was rebinding it messed up, and had to recopy pages, including the cover. This was an expensive book, and it has been cheapened. I also paid for express, and was told it would be ready within an hour, and I ended up having to wait another additional hour after arriving to pick it up. It’s really unfortunate how bad of an experience I had here.

I just drove from their location on Elliot and priest to the location on stapley and baseline because your system said you had something in stock. Gas is 6 dollars a gallon, I'm on the clock looking for something for my business.And you wasted my time. I'll make sure to go elsewhere in the future.

They closed at least 20 minutes early. I got here at 8:40 on a weekday and the the guys inside gave me the go away gesture
