Starfleet moved my newly acquired baby grand piano into my music rm. they took many precautions to ensure that it was safe and unharmed during the process. I must say I was very impressed with how professional they were. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Justin and team moved a heavy sofa for us from a single story house to my home up the stairs to the second story. When I say heavy I mean VERY HEAVY! They made sure it was protected and secure. They have also helped some family friends of ours and everyone was happy with their service.

I trusted Chuck and Starfleet to move my 105 year old piano that had been in my family for over 80 years! It was withering away in my parents garage and they helped me save it so I can restore some day. They were amazing to work with and I would refer them to anyone.

They came to move my piano (a medium grand ) after changing carpet. Did an excellent job. Asking if ok where at several times till just right. Then moved some bedroom sets up and down some tight corners and steps as an extra job for me. Very pleased with service. Would use again. Sharon Haney Phoenix.

If you need a beautiful baby grand piano moved safely, fast and professionally, these guys are it! Seriously, look no further.My father-in-law needed the piano out ASAP this week and I had already called another company that couldn’t fit us in until next Monday. That wasn’t going to fly!So, I got a hold of Starfleet Moving, hoping to be fit in sometime this week. These guys did me one better! They said what about today? I was thrilled!They headed over to my father-in-laws, packed up the piano expertly, taking apart only the necessary pieces (legs, pedals, etc.), brought it to my house and within 20-30 minutes had it all set up!On top of great, friendly, professional service, they also cared for our piano in detail. They mentioned keeping the sun off the varnish from the back window I had them put it by, suggested to get piano coasters so it wouldn’t roll on the floor especially since I have a 3 year old toddler, gave us a piano tuner recommendation and asked us to test the pedals to make sure everything was ok.I can’t thank them enough for the quality job Chuck and Justin did! You guys rock!
