Horrible! Go elsewhere!
Takes multiple calls and weeks to get your RX filled. So frustrating. Plus my RX has doubled in cost and no more free shipping.
Something is going on and it’s not good.
Now 2 weeks later my RX is still processing and told if I pick it up I will save myself a couple days.

When this location opened it was fantastic for a few months. Recently, several times they would text that my prescription was ready, I’d drive 25 minutes, one way, to pick it up only to find out they shipped one product and one was available at the desk. I’ve never once asked for anything to be shipped. Yet, they ship parts of the order out on a regular basis. I can’t count on them to get one full prescription correct. Delayed, partial product, text when it isn’t ready- then add lack of accountability seems to be the new norm. I’ve asked for manager to contact me on their website- no response. I can’t go back and recommend trying a different compound pharmacy. It is a shame as I wanted to support the Gilbert business. Mix-ups in ship or not to ship can’t be a possibility.

I’m super happy with my experience so far. Originally the Pharmacy said it would take up to 5 days for my prescription to be ready. It had already been about 4 because we were waiting on Doc to clear something up. I was bummed because I really wanted to start my med over the weekend in case of side effects. I voiced my sadness but understood it takes time….so again they said it would probably be ready on the following Tuesday. That was on Thursday….yesterday….and here it is Friday….prescription in hand! SO EXCITED! Catherine at the front was a gem and so was the Pharmacist who took his time answering my questions. Definitely glad my sensitive pickup was sent here! Thanks everyone!! ?

Strive pharmacy has been impossible to deal with after they shipped my prescription to the wrong address instead of the address they have on file for me. They basically said it is my problem that they shipped it to the address that I have never given them. It is an address my doctor has on file from 2 plus years ago. To make things even more irritating they still have possession of the prescription. The lady said it is in a pile of stuff to ship but the label has already been made and they are shipping it with USPS so they can't redirect it.

I changed from this pharmacy because it always seems like they are in a bad mood, of course! only with the clients, because in that room where you can see that they have the medicine, you can see that they are super entertained and very talkative among themselves, I drove 40 minutes to get my medicine but honestly it is not worth it, there are more pharmacies with much better service to the client and where you feel welcome

Great experience with Strive this morning. I picked up an Rx for my wife and worked with Catherine. She was very friendly and efficient. In and out the door in less than five minutes!!

Strive Pharmacy offers great medication, but their prescription processing times are unacceptable. Every time my physician submits my prescription, it takes at least a week for them to contact me. After I respond and make my payment, it takes another week for the medication to be ready for pickup. This means I'm often left without medication for two weeks at a time. While their medication quality is excellent and the staff at the Gilbert location are friendly, I can no longer tolerate these two-week gaps in my medication. Despite calls, texts, and emails, nothing seems to speed up the process, so I will need to find a new pharmacy.
