me and my friend went to get food and there was three people in line. there was only one worker and he clearly was taking a long time already because two people in line left. one lady stayed because she was about to order. he is doing tons of takeout / pickup orders so it’s taking a long time. mainly the only issue is his speed and lack of employees. he’s very slow but is doing an okay job.

Shauna did a fantastic job on servicing us military personnel, all by herself, and she was very patient. She deserves not only a raise but also a promotion. It’s a shame and ridiculous that she had to do this all by herself but she made it worth the wait. I would give this a 1 star but because of her she made it a 5.

Shauna is amazing and doing a great job she was by herself and handled everything like a boss when there was like 20 ppl in line she is very patience and very good at multi-tasking she needs a promotion and deserves and needs a raise to have her on her own knowing she has to serve a whole group of service members as well as keep up with online and other walk-in guest I feel management dropped the ball on having staff

Went in a brand new employee is trying her best to work her way thru poor girl needed help.there was more customers when I came in two left the manager wouldn't get off there butt to help this girl there was no soup but a big sign offering soup there was no lemonade and that's part of the reason for coming there won't be back .

Our first negative experience occurred a few weeks back. We ordered from the Subway app and added bacon for $3.00 to one of our sandwiches and added a cookie with our meal. We didn’t receive the bacon or cookie, not the end of the world so we didn’t mention anything. Fast forward, a week or so later, we decided to give this location another opportunity. We ordered three footlong sandwiches, the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch had all the wrong items put on it, they added mustard and mayo when all I asked for was ranch. In addition, the sandwich that was supposed to have the mustard and mayo had the ranch. Once again, not the end of the world besides I didn’t eat the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch. I think it was a waste of about $13.00, but I can’t remember exactly. The bigger issue I faced was when I reached out to management. It seemed like an auto response or a pre-drafted response. I don’t typically care to put effort in a review, but I wanted to let you all know my experience. In total, I have wasted about $16.00 at this location.“I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. Looks like this is a common theme for this location.... Place an online order, go there at the time is suppose to be ready and it not. Happened again to me 2 nights ago. The two "Sandwich Artist" could care less. I had to wait another 10 minutes as they cleared out the existing customers then fulfilled my order. After I finally get home to sit down and eat my sandwich, there were the half green tomatoes that were on it. Reached out to their corporate office and got a generic response about the wait times from their Area Director( PR-initials) but never addressed the quality issue I brought up. I guess this behavior and is acceptable now days. Won't be getting business any longer.

Placed an online order which should be ready by 8:40pm today. Came to the store to pick my order and there are no customers and two teenagers (i guess so) on their shift. They both were in the back and none at the counter. When i went in to pick my order, they said they are going to work on it now. They looked so careless and irresponsible. Owner should take care about how the employees are wotking and taking care of customers.

Shouldn't employees with wild hair be wearing it tied back? The you g lady making sandwiches had hair flying everywhere from the ac. If I had hair in my sandwich I wouldn't be very happy. Health codes? Eewww.

This place is spotless and super friendly. Nate was so helpful with my big order. He smiled and worked quickly. This specific store has easy parking. The vegis looked fresh and the bread was warm. Yum.

Were new to the area and the guy showed us how to do the online coupon. Great customer service. The two gentlemen working there this evening were spot on! The establishment was clean. Would go back!
