I love YogaSpot! Every class has been challenging yet I feel very comfortable moving at my own pace. The studio is clean and very friendly! I highly recommend YogaSpot!
Our yoga studio offers a large array of class times and types. We are perfect for either the beginner or even the advanced yogi. Along with classes, we carry quality yoga accessories and also offer yoga retreats and yoga teacher training programs. We look forward to seeing you in your mat! :-)
