We had to get a very old dress cleaned for my Mother in Laws burial dress. Sun Cleaners were fantastic and treated the dress with respect and care. It came out wonderfully. The dress was done as promised. I am beyond impressed with them.

I dropped two suits off. They were completed on time. It looks like they did a great job. They also fixed three of my buttons. I dealt with the same lady both times and she was great. This was my first time there but it was quick and easy. I just did the standard two day cleaning I did not do same-day or any type of rushed service.

We have been taking 10 or more items to them a week for over a year. Unfortunately, this time we got a pair of mu husbands suit pants back ripped. When I took the pants back still with the tags from them he got mad and told me it was my fault and there was no way they did it. He argued and raised his voice to me asking what I want from him. My response was I wanted him to make it right. He just kept arguing and told me it wasn't his fault and the pants were old anyway... ( purchased at Jos a bank in October) I'm sad he didn't make it right and we have to find new cleaners.

I simply called to get a rough estimate on how much it would be for my dress to be dry cleaned and the man that amswered didn't even say hello and he didn't want to give to a price range unless I came in. POOR customer service so I will take my business elsewhere.
