Saturday afternoon I walk in to get help on billing issue. Walked out with no answers. Told I need to call the Philippines call center for customer support. Came in wondering why there's 4 sales rep and me. Store's empty because t-mobile business practice and service is terrible.

We bought 2 iPhone 15Pro thru T-mobile and when they were delivered we went to this T-mobile store for phone cases on 11/4. I'm 74 years old and was delayed returning an iPhone case due to going to Urgent Care on Sunday 11/12 as I couldn't walk - strained (torn) ligaments in my leg. So I had to stay off leg plus buy a cane to limp around until it got better. So finally yesterday 11/20 I went back to Return one case that my wife doesn't like as it smears fingerprints and store said too bad it's been 16 days and the return policy is 14 days. Normal would be 30-days whereas 14-days is punitive! Even Business Days count makes more sense which I would fall within! I think this is unacceptable and it should have be waived for this return. OtterBox $34.99 OtterBox + $2.73 tax = $37.72 Total. Corporate T-mobile said the stores are autonomous; so it's their issue to resolve. With this poor of Store Policy I will never purchase any accessories from any T-mobile stores.

There are two outstanding employees at your T-Mobile store in Gilbert AZ on South Gilbert Rd. April set everything up on my new iPhone 15 Pro and was very kind while she did it. I had to go back since my Apple CarPlay wasn’t connected. Martin tried but was unable connect it because of the cable size. He explained everything clearly however it still didn’t work. April finished her meeting and was able to locate the correct cable and it was connected.I really appreciate doing business with T-Mobile when you have such knowledgeable great employees working for you.Thank youVivian Bonini

I been with T-Mobile years. I even have a business account with them. I've walked in 4 times the past year including today (Thursday 10/12) & I've been told each time there is no options to upgrade even with a paid off phone. I guess I'm leaving T-Mobile to get a better phone. They definitely treat new customers better than loyal standing customers. This company is a joke. I am not happy with this location at all. Nothing to make customers heel welcome to continue service. I have a iPhone 11 & I still walked out empty handed.

We have had T-Mobile for a few years, but we are new to this store We went in there with a phone that needed to be reactivated. They charged us for $34 which we paid to set up the line. Then they told us that they couldn't activate this phone after the fact and there is nothing they could do about the 34 my husband told them he was going to talk to me and will be back the next day which he was at that point he purchased a new phone then they told us after we paid for it that they did not have it in stock and guaranteed us delivery the next day well, it's four days later now they're telling us it won't be here for another three or four days and there is nothing they can do about it when we were told it would be expedited and have it overnight. This is unacceptable. The girl also laughed and I quote use the words my bad I guess I messed up unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the customer service and how we were treated and they were not truthful. Things needed to be better.

Extremely helpful staff willing to go above and beyond. Delivered clear, concise instructions that made changing phones a total breeze. Very transparent about cost, too. Kevin and April were both incredibly helpful! I couldn't recommend this location enough!!!

The screen protectors that they sell with the plan last less than a week without fracturing. To replace them, you have to go into the store, order it to your house, then bring it in to have them install it. In the end it costs a boatload with time and fuel every time you need a new one. Very bad business practice, but that's T-Mobile for you. They are first when it comes to being 2nd rate.

This is the best location I have been to. As soon as i walked in, i was greeted and felt welcome. Alex and Xavier are amazing. I was having issues upgrading my phone due to a fraud alert on my account. Xavier went the extra mile to call on to the NSS department and get this resolved. After that, migrated my account over from Sprint and helped me order the phone I wanted as they did not have it in store. As soon as i received my phone, I went back in and my phone was activated and data transfered After my experience at this location with Alex and Xavier, I will NEVER go to the location on Market Street and Williams Field again. Thank you again, Alex and Xavier!!!

Xmas shopping, phone running low on power. Popped into our local T-Mobile store to buy a charger. I'm the only customer in the store, and after waiting 15 minutes. No, sorry they don't have C type chargers.

I am relatively new to T-Mobile - only a few months. When I purchased my phone the screen protector was guaranteed to be replaced if broken. When I went in to have this done, they could not find it in my account. No manager was on duty to assist. An assistant manager did follow-up rather quickly and promised to have if fixed. Several days later I called to find out if the account was fixed. It was not and had to be escalated again. Finally, I called again to speak to the store manager Kristen. Kristen was standoffish and came off a slightly hostile during the engagement. She became defensive when I asked for the contact information for regional management. She promised resolution and that she would follow-up. Several weeks later, nothing. While my first experience was good at this store, subsequent experiences had prompted me to switch carriers. Be careful of the customer service here if there are issues.

Customer service is alwayz on point here! Special shot out to Kevin (MVP) thanks for all your help and time spent with us. Very informative and great sense of humor as well. I love my phone and whenever I am ready to upgrade I know who to come see. KEV THE MAN!
