I purchased an iPhone 15 Promax from the T-Mobile location up the street near 202 freeway. The phone wasn’t in stock. I received it today and accidentally drove to this location to transfer my info from old phone to new phone. The young man working there said it would be a $45 fee to transfer my info. I took the phones a mile up the street to the location with great customer service and Julian took great care of me. He set me up for success with my new phone and we had a nice chat about the AZ Dbacks. I have never been told to pay a fee to transfer info from old to new phone. Very sad customer service. Thank you Julian.

The store manager was called to take a return for another store who was dishonest with me. She handled my return but was so rude. Never once offered empathy for my poor customer service experience. Never apologized for being treated poorly. Just smiled and asked for my phone. When I told her that I would’ve helped if she did one of those things, that as a manager it’s important to validate a customer and apologize if your company made a mistake. She still did not apologize. Worst customer service experience ever.

Staff was very friendly! Asked a lot of questions and was able to switch my whole account over from AT\\u0026T!! Definitely a great experience I highly recommend Betzy

Do NOT switch to T-Mobile!!! Their service is junk, their customer service barely speaks English, everyone that works for this company is incompetent. This store was supposed to be open at 11 am one day, they had a line of people waiting. The girls didn’t show up until 11:15 and then didn’t open the doors until after 11:30. I can’t believe this company is in business at all. Horrific!!!

Worst t mobile experience ever.. most of the reps do not know what they are doing here and seems like they need some more training.. when you ask for additional assistance the manager has no clue what’s going on or how to handle the transactions. The store is dirty and had a weird order when i walked into store. The rep who was helping had trouble operating the system when made me late for my appointment.. will never be coming to this store again. I feel like if they did a better job with cleaning and making sure their customers come first could turn this store around but until something changes this is my worst experience at a cellular store.

My daughter and I had a great experience with Betzy and the purchase of a new phone. She was very helpful, knowledgeable to our needs and we walked out satisfied and crisis averted.

Shawn is my go-to!His laid back demeanor makes the process of purchasing a new phone stress-free.He was wonderful at troubleshooting any issues that arose when trying to transfer from Android to iPhone.Definitely ask for Shawn.

Worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I walk in they offer me 2 promotions. $897 per phone to switch from Verizon and also $200 per line for porting my numbers. Now after a month of fighting to get what I was promised they tell me I do not qualify because I had T-Mobile in the past 2 yesrs. The store manager Betsy at this location was absolutely useless. Stay far away from this store and T-Mobile in general

The location is fine, tmobiles network service is absolutely terrible. I've been a customer for two weeks and none of my devices work on the network, i dont have service in my own house. I've been back to the store twice and spoke with someone on the phone all to get my issues resolved and they still haven't been fixed. I have to go back to the store again to return the kids watch. I'll be returning to Verizon, prices are high but I've never had this many issues.
