We needed help finding something. The first challenge was finding someone to help us. We finally found someone and told him what we were looking for. He looked it up on his scanner, said “B23, it’s over there here.” Then he pointed in the general direction. Finally finding B23 and selecting the item we wanted, we had to go all the way to the other side of the store to use the only open registers. And retailers wonder where are all the shoppers?

Since they still have not added a payment option on the target red card, I'll go ahead and leave this hear for every store. This corrupt company hopes their customers miss their payments, and that's why they removed the payment option from their website. Now you have to call and speak to someone. Makes sense huh? 2025 and Target is the only website on the planet that doesn't allow you to make payments without calling.

I've shopped here many times before but of course was before tap. I went in today to get a bday card and cash back, but don't go through self checkout it doesn't even ask. Then went to a person and even said I needed cash back. Bought a 3rd thing and went to pay, tap but didn't bring up the cash back screen. Teller says "oh it doesn't do it on tap" sorry but if a freaking customer tells you specifically they were looking for cash back shouldn't that have prompted her to say "make sure to insert the chip" so wasted even more money. Then even more at the ATM machine. Communication is key. Every store is literally different. This was a terrible experience

This store is just terrible now and sadly we kept giving them a chance to get better time and time again... that improvement never came. Tonight, I came for a pick up order. I gave 20 minutes notice in the app "I was on my way". When we arrived there was one car outside and 5 employees. After 10 minutes someone came over to get my pickup code and said someone was coming out with our items right now. We waited 25 minutes and no one came. 15 other cars came, got their orders and left. Finally, we walked over to ask about our order and they said the order wasn't ready so someone had to go shop for the items. This wasn't a case of us getting there too quickly, it had been 4 hours since I got the order ready confirmation. At this point we asked them to cancel the order. The order never showed cancelled and showed "picked up" as status. I tried calling the store and the phone rang for 30 minutes, Icould never get someone on the phone. I eventually had to call corporate to get a refund.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The cleaning schedule posted on the back of the door said they last time the bathroom was cleaned was yesterday at 330pm. I used it at around 6pm. So that's over 24 hours without being cleaned and boy did it look it!! This directly looks like poor management. If paying attention to details, part of a managers job, is not important to them, then what else is their sub par management team also missing.... yikes! Go to a different Target!

Mostly well kept and organized, minus the toys section. Need employee(s) to be able help keep shelves clean during the day with all the lazy customers and careless parents making them look like chaos

Every time I come here they only have one cashier open. And then you see a bunch of employees casually walking around like they can't see the long line the one cashier has. I feel bad for the cashiers...do better target.

Me and my sister were minding our business shopping while she decided to go over the prices by electronic area. while me and my sister were trying to figure out the prices. this heavier set man with glasses. who worked in the electric section was staring at me and my sister. like if we were stealing something. I looked and stared back after like 10 seconds or so. he asked if we needed help with anything? I said that we were good and he kept staring at me and my sister. afterwards me and my sister felt uncomfortable and left. I have never felt this uncomfortable at a target before.

Changed opening to 8am, I used to get my breakfast before work here but now I can't. Other Targets still open at 7am.
Also, open some damn checkout lanes or have self checkout open in the morning.

The Hispanic chic at the pharmacy from 1 pm - 2 pm is gutter, uneducated, and has mental problems. She was upset with me for spelling my last for her. She cut me off because of something so petty. If she wasn't insecure about her accent she wouldn't have been offended. My last name is quite unusual, even Americans ask me to spell it MULTIPLE times. Then she yells at me because my prescriptions had different addresses. In the beginning I told her that I had 3 prescriptions. She acted like she didn't hear me and the got offended because I asked her for them again. She got upset and then tried to tell me that it was my fault she didn't see all 3 prescriptions because 2 had an incorrect address. She the preceeded to throw my prescriptions on the counter.
She was rude to me because people obviously treat her like she's dumb. People can think you're dumb, but you don't have to prove that you're dumb. I wasn't thinking anything about her until she started acting like a dummy.
I hope that she acts ghetto/gutter with a person from the hood. The prescription won't be the only thing thrown on the counter. If you're insecure about your accent, maybe you shouldn't work with people who don't speak Spanish. You can be insecure and stupid, but you don't have to put it on display.
This is my 4th time going to that pharmacy, I usually go after work, and the guy that's there in the evening always finds my prescriptions and he's never rude.
She really needs to see a psychiatrist about her pitiful self-esteem and anger issues.

Sam (Cashier) was very aggressive with packaging merchandise slamming the bags and it became really awkward and uncomfortable. I greeted him but only heard mumble. I hope he’s doing well but the customer service provided was not great.

8 self checkouts closed, two lanes open(2 employees), you could have 1 employee watch the 8 self checkouts and the other making your store look pretty

I go to this store on a weekly basis, but tonight was bad. The cashier never said one word the whole time. He didn't greet me, just scanned my items, I grabbed a soda and let him know, nothing, asked if he got my soda, not a word, just grabbed the scanner and scanned it. I said thank you when he handed me the receipt....silence. I know it is a hard job, but you ruined my night.
