Edit: I hate to give 1 star but our delivery experience has been HORRIBLE! It started with a scheduling conflict. My fiancé called and asked to reschedule and the customer service specialist was EXTREMELY RUDE to her and was upset that we had to reschedule. I’ve since called the customer service line on four separate occasions and the Gilbert store once. I get varying info from everyone that I should be receiving a rescheduling delivery email and or a phone call and I haven’t received anything! There is clearly a missing link between customer service and shipping. It’s crazy we spent over $5k on this bed/base and there’s no resolution in sight or offered compensation for our troubles. If you’re looking to buy a Tempur-pedic go get one from an outside retailer that you can get the same day or choose another mattress company. Tessa & Vanessa aren’t to blame for any of this I promise. However, I expected WAY BETTER customer service for forking over this amount of money!
