Was supposed to be an in office appointment, but I woke up sick. They switched it to a telehealth appointment so I didn't have to reschedule. Tanner Olsen is always great and so is the staff.

Called to report opioid abuse of a family member that has sent them into psychosis. Front desk disregarded my call and said they could not talk to me because “I’m not on the their HIPAA form” but I advised them I was not requesting information but seeking help after their patient had become a danger to themselves and others (extremely aggressive) and they still had me hang up to call my sister in law instead. I do want to put out there that giving information on a patient that you know actively attends a medical facility IS NOT A VIOLATION and I really do hope this facility is ready to take responsibility for our family member in case they end up harming themselves or someone else. On the contrary, confirming that a patient attends a clinic is a violation of their privacy. The front desk could have taken all the information and given it to the provider stating “if this is our patient or a patient of one of our providers we’ll insure that this information gets to them” vs confirming the patients identity if they are truly worried about hippa regulations and then hanging up increasing the amount of time the patient is at risk. The MA was informed and according to front desk declined talking to me at all.

I went in for pain in my right arm, not sure what was wrong with it, or where my pain radiated from. I saw Dr. Bolles who is very friendly, has a great demeanor. He was very attentive when I was explaining what was wrong with my arm, and he gave me a diagnosis and explained what I could do at home to help alleviate my symptoms, i.e. at-home exercises and he gave me a steroid shot. I would definitely like to see Dr. Bolles again, if I ever had to for something else.

The first time my husband went for orthopedic surgeon he barely received any information and was told it was probably nerve pain. They ordered a test my husband is allergic too and never called us back. We found another great surgeon that referred us back for oncology and they scheduled us with the wrong department.
