I worked with the realtor Bryan Campbell. I would highly recommend him! My husband and I moved from out of state. It was a stressful and confusing process of whether we should buy or rent. We ended up deciding to rent. Bryan stuck with us and helped us to find the perfect place to rent! We will definately call him when we decide to buy in the future!

I recently closed on my home in Maricopa Az, Cynthia Hehl contacted me while I was doing my search from my home in Chicago, the first day we meet when I flew to Arizona from Chicago and she was amazing from the start. We first looked at home that she and I had both picked out and she was very patient and assisted with the houses and the search. Even knowing I was coming from Chicago and no guarantee how quickly my search would end she was very helpful and patient. I asked her to take me to new construction homes on our first day of searching and Bam when found one on the very 1st day. She assisted me with pick a lot where the sun would not hit the back yard as much amd I never would have thought of that. Seeing g how I was in Chicago she went and took picture's of all upcoming events that I could not make and was a huge help during the final walk thru. She was very amazing and I appericate each and every bit of help she provided during my build. I want to thank her and let your company know my experience could not have been as smooth and wonderful without her help.

Their site forces you to register with email and phone number before you look at anything. As soon as you do, they text you and then also give your number to a lender without your permission, who also texted me. The next day I looked at another one of their listings and got a txt that they saw me looking at it and wanted to talk to me. This isn't service, it's harassment.

I give this group 5 plus stars!! I came out to Arizona and was looking for a house with a different real estate group. I found a house but that agent didn't take time and I lost the house. I met Megan Freemole when I came out again and she wowed me. I love her personality and she's very easy to talk to! We looked at many many houses. I flew back to Chicago and actually found my dream house online, we put an offer in and here I am!! I trusted her opinion and she did not let me down There are many choices but this group and Megan Freemole is the way to go!! If your moving from another state trust this company!!! She actually recommended a home inspector that was also a excellent resource

Do NOT register to be able to see this companies listings. All your information also goes to a lender who will then contact you. Not worth it where there are many other real estate offices that will show you listings without asking for your information and sharing it.

Our buying a home for the first time couldn't have gone any smoother. It was a stress free positive expiernece for us. Diane was never pushy, she fought for us and was very honest with us the entire time. She directed us in every direction we needed from a mortgage broker, to home and car insurance. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Her knowledge in the home industry far exceeded other realators I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Diane and I will send many friends and family her way. I'm sad we dont get to see her happy face as often.

I had the pleasure of working with realtor Cynthia Hehl, at the Daniel Montez Real Estate Group.
She managed both the selling of my original house and the purchase of my new home.
Cynthia is the whole package. She is top notch professional and has a warmth and honesty about her that encourages good will amongst all of the different people involved in the transactions. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a stellar relator.
The entire process (both times) was smooth and relatively worry free. Cynthia was clear in explaining the processes to me and made sure I understood everything. When Cynthia told me how to sell my home quickly I did everything she told me to do, and my 60 year old house sold before it was even listed!
When shopping for my new home, their listings website was easy to use and glitch free. Cynthia was able to intelligently point out the pluses and minuses for each home that we viewed. She has a wonderful working knowledge of the costs and difficulty associated with repairing or replacing everything in a home. She listened closely to my needs and produced accordingly. I truly felt she had my back the entire way.
I cannot sing her praises loud or long enough. Thank you Cynthia! You truly are amazing.
