Had a great experience! I work nearby so I always go over here and this last time they went above and beyond for me. One employee, I totally forgot his name ugh (I think Daryl? Started with a D, I’ll try to get his name next time!) was great! Love their kids grilled cheese and the chicken nuggets!

Not much to complain about, I always feel like the service is slow but that typically equates to fresh food. Price is a little high but still reasonable and the only inconsistency is the quality of their fries/sides. Sometimes they are super fresh and amazing and sometimes it seems like they were precooked and heated in the oil before serving or simply lukewarm and stale

30 minutes wait on drive-thru.I really can't understand what makes the people wait this ridiculously long.I did not even have that many cars in front of me. Probably 6 cars.There was only one behind me, and he reversed his car to get out of the line after 15 min wait. That was a smart decision.I had already waited 20+ minutes and there was only one car in front of me until I reached the window (where you can order) and I decided to wait a little more thinking I would get the foods fast once I ordered.So I finally reached the window, and the lady says, "Just letting you know, there is 30 min wait right now." ??Are you kidding me..? I was already waiting 25 min in line and have to wait another 30 min to get food.And then she said, if there is no other car behind you, you could back up to get out of the line.I just ended up leaving the drive-thru reversing out my car. I didn't order.I am never going to come back to this location.This is RIDICULOUS!! and could be even worse when it is only one of the fast food stores

This is the second time I've gotten food from the Habit Burger near San Tan Mall. I must have forgotten the bad experience last time and made another mistake.When I say I waited about 20 minutes in the drive through, I mean it. No exaggeration, I started counting probably 3-4 minutes after already waiting and I got to about 18 minutes until I finally reached the window. The last time was long too, but I've NEVER waited that long to get food. The guy behind me, put his car in park and opened a book he had with him and started to read. He clearly was prepared lol ? But when I reached the window, no sorry for the wait, no sorry we're short-staffed. I was more disappointed in not knowing what the reason was for the long wait then the tiny burger I somehow ordered. This thing was pocket sized. I ordered a burger, not a slider.I hope the next time I think, "Hey a burger sounds good," and I see Habit Burger, that somehow this experience will be so ingrained into my memory that I don't waste another 20+ minutes of my time.

Ordered food through the kiosk and waited 10 minutes. We then asked about our order and was told it wasn't in the system. Asked for refund and manager was vague about how it was going to be refunded. Also my wife ordered a charburger with no tomatoes on sourdough. When she took it back the cook replied I really have to redo it. They cooked another one that was better but still put tomatoes on it. Very bad service!!!!

I had never eaten here before and I couldn't choose between the Teriyaki char and BBQ bacon char and it was recommended that both were good (I can't remember the cashiers name but he was chill too) but they liked the Teriyaki more and I couldn't agree more. I can't wait to go back and try there BBQ bacon and normally I stick to 1 dish lol but this place was chill loved it <3

Stopped by Habit burger grill, pulled into drive through, was the only one there, and I put my order in , then pulled up to widow, and no one came to greet me, or take payment, so I sit there patiently for 13 minutes.Ok I was the only one in the drive through, then when I finally got my order, the boy who brought me my order was not very professional, quite rude in fact. Never going back to that location Market Street in Gilbert Az

Went through the drive thru and picked up an ahi tuna sandwich and a side salad. Order came out to about $15 so it was not the cheapest meal although the tune was cooked perfectly, had a great flavor and came out hot. The salad had fresh onions tomatoe and cucumber. It looked very inviting. The order was placed in a cute sack and napkins and condiments were included. Nice work Habit!

Agree with the other bad reviews. I've been to many different Habit locations, but this is the worst, and the 3rd time I've had an issue here. Went thru the drive thru. Restaurant & drive thru were not busy. What I rec'd was cold, butter soaked bread with the smallest hamburger which was also cold. Sweet potato fries also cold & crunchy because they weren't even cooked through. I received no receipt. From my understanding, HB was bought out by big corp almost 4 yrs ago, which translates to No customer service. I filled out an online feedback form more than 2 weeks ago, and have gotten NO response. Clearly BAD customer service. AVOID!!!

We have been to several other Habit establishments over the years, this experience just fell flat. The habit at 2975 South Market St. In Gilbert just seems to not care about the product they deliver. Ordered $61 in food and every item we ordered was either wrong or missing something. I WOULD AVOIDE THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!

Oh my word... literally the worst EVER place to get your food?! I'm not being dramatic in any way. My husband and I went through the drive thru for only a charburger and fry, nothing else.. and we and the others behind us waited 20 minutes in line before even getting greeted at the window by a worker. And once someone actual came to confirm our order, it was completely wrong. Just do not waste your time at all there. We ended up letting the guy know and drove off. Poor customer service, and this is coming from someone who works in food service currently!

Growing up in SoCal, the land of bacon-avocado cheeseburgers, I need to get my fix every now and then. This is where I go when the mood strikes me. I order the Santa Barbara char and add bacon. It comes on toasted sourdough bread, which is very tasty. My wife loves the teriyaki char add bacon and cheese. It has a nice drizzle of sweet teriyaki sauce and pineapple. The sweet potato fries are very good here. Thin, crispy on the outside and soft chewy on the inside. My favorite side is the tempura green beans. I love the crunch of the temporary batter combined with the freshness and snap of the green beans. They usually have fresh juice combinations near the fountain that I love! A couple of my faves are strawberry limeade and passion fruit-tangerine lemonade. They also have very good shakes here.
