After 5 months on the market with another realtor I talked to her in January. I expressed my concerns and financial hardship to her. She looked me dead in the eyes and said "I will get this done for you, Chris." We switched over to Janine in January. Het team came in and staged the house, took amazing photos, and even a video. We finally closed on a very good offer the end of February.The entire time she was in touch with me. I NEVER had to reach out to ask how things were going. During the negotiations she listened to my concerns and advised me perfectly. I can not singe enough praises for her and her team. If you need a realtor to represent you, you would be absolutely silly to not go with her. She was a Godsend for my family and I.

Hiring Janine was hands down the best choice we made when selling our home in Gilbert. We had an extremely tight window as we were selling and buying in another state at the same time. Janine’s expert knowledge and strategy set us apart and we were able to accept an offer before our house even hit the market. It just goes to show the commitment Janine has to her clients and we appreciate everything she did for us. Highly recommend!

Janine represented me both for my sale on Sundance Ct. and she found my new home on Verbena Ave, both in Gilbert. Janine surrounds herself with professionals and she is the ultimate real estate professional. She arranged a stager for my home sale, a videographer and the home sold in TWO days. She has a vendor list of trusted professionals from which I got my repairman, mover and my favorite, Stacy Williams from Bright Mortgage, who handled a flawless loan for my purchase. Claire Holland at Magnus Title handled both escrows and again, flawless. I wholeheartedly recommend Janine and her team for your sale or purchase. She is with you at every stage and is a strong negotiator to get you the best terms.

Beyond happy with our experience!I was at a house viewing appointment when I met Ryan. He was the listing agent for the house we were looking at and after talking with him I Instantly knew he was the realtor I wanted going forward. Fast forward a year and a half later and we hired Ryan to find us our rental home investment property. Ryan and his team took the time to sit down and discuss our needs with us and really made an effort to get to know us and our family.Ryan is so knowledgeable in the industry, has connections, is so friendly and is very good at learning the clients needs. I never felt like I was inconveniencing him, he was always ready to help, and was extremely positive and fun to work with. I always felt like he had our best interest at heart and really looked out for us. He always fought for us too when it came to the inspection and repairs. He made sure we were covered. I truly felt like I could count on him and had such a good experience in our house search because of Ryan. Had the opportunity to do a deal with Randy and his team and I had nothing but wonderful things to say about the experience. If you are looking for a top notch realtor + team, look no further, they will take care of you with professionalism and make sure the deals are taken to the finish line. Randy, Janine and their team are FANTASTIC!!! I signed a listing agreement with Janine and then had to hold off listing my home for several months due to construction delays with my new home. Janine patiently waited for me and never pressured me to list. After I was finally able to list, prospective buyers wanted to view my home on a Friday night but their own realtor was unavailable. Randy generously took the time on a Friday night to show them my home. These prospective buyers then made an offer and purchased my home. If Randy hadn’t showed them my home I could have lost the sale. Randy and Janine and their entire team are true professionals. I also appreciated their hiring of a professional photographer to photograph my home. They do not cut corners. I felt like Randy and Janine really and truly cared about what was best for me. Not only are they great realtors but they are also very active in the community including organizing food drives, sponsoring events in the community and helping people in need. If you are in the market for a realtor, I highly recommend The Home Selling Team!

I contacted Janine about buying my first home a little over a year ago. At the time, homes were going like gangbusters. Janine and her dad Randy were very responsive and quick to get me into see homes as soon as they were available for showing. Eventually I ended up buying a new build, and they answered so many questions, even about things like what to get through the design center and what could be done easily and less expensively later. Janine also came to my final walkthrough and doc signing and advised me when I was unsure about things. It was a huge help having someone so experienced there and made me feel much more comfortable.

Janine Igliane of this firm met with me on Nov1st, 2022 regarding a rental listing in Power Ranch. She was professional and experienced. Once I signed up with her I learned, nearly by accident, that the actual listing agent who took calls from prospects was someone I never met (or heard of) in Tempe who had poor online reviews. This agent told me she was the primary contact despite the representation by Igliane that she and another agent from the office near Power Ranch would show the property and manage the listing and rental agreements. This practice is highly deceptive, unethical and my market time - along with reviewing sloppily constructed and inaccurate contracts. Plus I had other more qualified agents lined up who lost my listing. Avoid Janine and this firm. The managing broker, Michael Sayler, apparently sanctions and runs his brokerage this way and as I see it the buck stops there. Janine claims Sayler is the source of this process and that "her hands are tied". I've bought and sold real estate for the past 30 years and have NEVER seen such deception and "bait and switch" tactics. When called on this issue Janine Igliane pulled the listing leaving me holding the bag (I did NOT request the cancellation - she and her firm are clearly running away from their issues)....bad service, deceptive, not worthy to use.

Ryan is a class act. From start to finish he went above and beyond in helping us purchase our home in Gilbert. He stepped in when we had a very short time frame and made a stressful situation smooth. He communicated clearly and effectively. We never had to ask for a status update because he updated us promptly each step of the way. A+ all around and he would be our first choice for buying or selling any home in the future.
