Don't waste your time. After booking two appointments we had to wait one hour for our vaccines.

Brianna and Wendy Davis are great. I made an appointment online and was seen that morning. Brianna was very kind and helpful with the check in procedures and Wendy took the time to address my concerns and listened. I highly recommend them and their clinic.

Visited the little clinic 9/24, supposed to be open at 930, I arrive at 920 to check in on the self help kiosk, then at 936 the front desk employee shows up, it’s now 941 and she is getting logged in. Issues happen, I understand, however no excuse for simply being tardy, not impressed little clinic, at least serve patients when you say you are

Made an appointment in the middle of the night while my daughter was up with ear pain. Pre-checked in online and when we showed up we’re taken to an exam room right away. The ladies at the front were friendly and helpful. Brianna had great bedside manner with my daughter which I really appreciated. Doctor was fast and quickly wrote a prescription which was ready at the pharmacy next door in less than 5 min. I’ve never had service so fast and was really impressed. They have even called a few days later to check in and see how my daughter was feeling. We will continue to use this clinic even if it is a bit of a drive for us.

Went here because I am not feeling well and am 18 weeks pregnant. I didn't want to risk having something untreated and it affecting my baby. It took them 10 minutes to find my appointment in the system. The doctor barely looked at me and diagnosed me with a viral sore throat, despite swollen tonsils with a bump on them, a low grade fever, aches, and chills. No test given for strep, covid, flu. He was very sure to let me know that I was a few pounds overweight and put that in my diagnosis... even though I'm 18 weeks pregnant... I walked out feeling like it was a waste of my time, money, and looking for other places to go.

Made an appointment online in the middle of the night after realizing I had an ear infection most likely. Made appointment for 9am and arrived at 8:55. Checked right in only taking several minutes and they took me right back. Monique was awesome and very friendly. Confirmed my ear infection and got me started on some antibiotics. They put the order in right to the pharmacy next to the clinic in the store and I picked up the meds 10 minutes later. Extremely efficient and friendly process!

Worst little clinic in the world. Nobody knows what they are doing. Nobody shows up for their shifts. Nobody answers the phone. Oh and I forgot your “doctors” use google to find the right medicine to prescribe ? lol … I have never made a review, but who ever recently hired these people need to do a self evaluation check on them selves first.

This place is very good! Been coming here for all basic medical tests for the past 2 years. Anytime I need a COVID test, streap throat, or anything like that, this is the first place I come. Very friendly, and generally I have been able to come in same day! I highly recommend!

I had been unwell for a couple of weeks with a cold that began to intensify. I came to this medical provider to get treatment for a sinus infection. I am prone to them. I had been taking over the counter medications with no positive effect and came for relief. The nurse practitioner suggested I try other over the counter meds and would not prescribe the antibiotics necessary for a sinus infection. I tried what she said and 5 days later I was much, much worse. No appetite, not able to sleep...Tuesday I called and said I needed the antibiotics. She then prescribed what should have been my first visit. I was asked to suffer needlessly, and I did suffer, with over the counter medications that did not help at all. I could be well by now but have 4 more days for antibiotics. No concern about how I felt at the time and it was like she was reading from a script. Used to get good care at the Little Clinic now not so sure........

waste of time, using Google search to prescribe you a medication that you insisted you can't take..and prescribe you a allergy nasal spray when I don't have any kind of allergy..save your time and go to a real Dr. not a person who rely on Google search.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well and I made a morning appointment with my neighborhood The Little Clinic. That was the best decision I could have made. Our appointment was on time there were not any delays. In addition it’s very economical for those who may not have insurance. Stephanie the NP was very nice, professional and provided care to my child. I will definitely go again if needed.

Takes 45 minutes for them to get you in so you feel sick while waiting in their “lobby”. Workers aren’t helpful at all. It isn’t even busy they are just somehow behind. Also, don’t bother scheduling online because they prioritize walk in people instead of people who paid for an appointment. Cmon.

If you do not feel well, do not waste time going there.I spent 30 minutes there just answering questions. There are nurses who uses Google to search for medication and diagnosis. They prescribed me medication and told me to call if they do not help, so they can give me antibiotics. I called next day and the receptionist told me they can’t give antibiotics because my medication is for 3 days. I have to finish that first. She also gave me an advise that you feel worse before you feel better. It is hilarious. You pay a co-pay like you are seeing a doctor. Maybe they are good for something else but not diagnosing your health issues.

i have gone to this clinic many times and see other nurse practitioners who were great. There is a new one and she is not friendly at all and pretty much lectured me the whole time and i felt bad for even going . The last thing I need is a lecture when I am not feeling well. Its unfortunate because I was really happy with the Minute clinic. I will not be going back.

The nurse practitioner that I saw was not friendly AT ALL. She was focused on my asthma when I came into the clinic with a fever and reported symptoms outside of asthma. She was unable to look past my asthma and properly diagnose me with anything besides asthma related issues with a cold. I had to request a flu test and she did not explain prescriptions that she provided to me before I asked as I was about to leave. A person coming to you with sore throat, coughing up green mucus, headaches, shortness of breath, and a fever for a couple days is NOT primarily experiencing asthma related symptoms. I was sick and I needed better care/medication that was found elseswhere when I did not improve with the small amount of care I received here. I will not be going back and hope that whoever the nurse practitioner was really considers quitting her job if she doesn't want to hear out to patients. Just because you've been doing this for a long time doesn't mean you have to right to treat people that way I was treated. Rude. Short. Condescending. If you work in a field where you need to interact with people you need to care about them or go get out of the field.
