We had a good time at the tea party. The kids were happy and that is all that matters.Princess Aerial was amazing.What can be improved: a bit of planning and bit of communication (we had some last minute changes and that caused a lot of stress) but all is well that ends well.If your daughters are into princess and dolls and tea party definitely get them here.

My daughters have attended several parties at The Pink Teapot through the years and have always had exceptional service from the owner and all of the princesses! I have always been extremely satisfied with our experience and my girls absolutely love coming here!

Angela you and I have a "good conversation last night with you apologizing and saying everything I "wanted to hear". I will send your daughter a crown with a note from Elsa and Ana and they will give her a special note. " what a nightmare of a wknd for me " is what you said. I can post that along with me thanking you thanking you and you were being ( what i thought was a kind person .) As I said to you the place was beyond gross , and should have been cleaned . The floors, the bathroom, the hanging sheets, the girls dresses, the chairs , mirrors.. Overall , your response was "the place is antique (as you called it )was absolutely repulsive . I appreciate you offering my daughter to come and maybe experience something better as in the Santa experience ( we don't celebrate Christmas since we celebrate Hanukkah) or an open party in January. I really appreciated those responses , but the way you responded to my DAD and a PARENT OF ONE OF MY GUESTS is completely unacceptable . Your antique look or not was not ok. , Your response even worse.! What makes it worse, is I am a teacher at my children's school which made this experience even worse. You can text me instead of responding like an asshole to my family and my students parents !!!!

Such a fun and exciting birthday party experience for young girls! We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party here and she said it was the best party ever. Her friends also had a ton of fun and loved that Elsa hosted the party! The other parents were also very impressed with the party experience. I loved that the cake was provided, it was beautiful! Definitely a great place to have a birthday party of you want someone to handle all the details for you! Very stress free!

Let me start by saying, this was easily the best money I have ever spent on a birthday party! My 6 year old was SO starstruck when Anna and Elsa greeted her at the beginning of her party! We drove a little over an hour from the way west valley and every single guest said they would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff were professional and kind. The venue was well appointed and so absolutely adorable! The princesses were in character the entire time, and the party went smoothly and the desserts were PHENOMENAL! Definitely worth the added cost. If you're busy, but want to provide your child (or yourself) with an amazing party, do yourself a favor and book here!

Communication around my event was mediocre. The women that worked during my event/time slot were very good, especially since they apparently were very new to the business. The food was decent, and the cake was also pretty tasty. The venue itself is okay, cute but kind of bare. I just wouldn't say it was worth almost $600. Probably won't be returning, but we had fun at least

We had such a fantastic party at The Pink Teapot! Everything from start to finish ran smoothly. Elsa amazed my four year old and her guests. Parents of her guests raved about how special this experience was for their girls. If you want all the details to be taken care of, and taken care of well, The Pink Teapot will not disappoint!

Got to take my bonus baby to a classmates Tea Party and we absolutely loved it‼️✨️ the girls got to get their makeup done, do story time, pin the unicorn horn on the unicorn, enjoy delicious mini sandwiches all with Princess Aurora ?? highly recommend‼️

We had the most wonderful experience at The Pink Teapot for my daughter's 5th birthday party! The hostesses were wonderful and the party flowed so nicely. The girls had such a magical experience and the parents got to relax and enjoy!

Oh my gosh my daughter's birthday was wonderful. This place is so adorable and everyone was so professional and stayed in character the entire time. The kids had a blast! I've been too Disneyland several times and I really felt like I was in Disney in one of the attractions. Everything was wonderful and once we got in the car my daughter said, "Can I have my birthday there again next year!"I can't recommend the Princess Birthday party enough. Cinderella was beautiful and a had a wonderful singing voice. She also made each child feel so special. Cinderella's helper was also lovely and welcoming. Thank you again for making my daughter's birthday so magical!

We had a tea party with Princess Jasmin yesterday and I must say I was VERY impressed. The princess did a fantastic job of staying in character the whole time and speaking with a 7yr old like every word she shared was gold. We will definitely be back.
