Will not be returning to this location. Have now had multiple issues now with the quality and accuracy of my orders. The latest just happened. Ordered two tacos along with queso and chips. The place was empty and waited about 15 mins for a to-go order. No big deal. I should've checked the order before I left. Got home, 5 mins away, tacos are ice cold and no queso and chips in the bag. On the receipt, queso and chips is crossed out.I guess this means they were all out and it wasn't going to be including in my order? Nobody bothered to say anything. I'm not even going to eat the tacos because they are that cold and microwaving them isn't the answer. Not worth the $25 I was charged, nor the tip I added during check out. And not worth going back.

Their Minute Maid lemonade from the fountain was so horrendous I threw up after taking one sip. It tasted like sewage water. Their food was absolutely disgusting. It looks like they fried our chicken tacos in dirty unfresh oil. The tortillas were stale. At this point I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning.

Quick Service but with sit-down quality. We've seen this restaurant and hadn't visited but were interested. Saw a post from a friend on FB and decided we'd have dinner here. For less than a sit-down restaurant, we picked 4 tacos that were street styled but twice as large as the usual. Don't miss the Baja Shrimp, Tipsy Chick, Crossroads and the Trailer Trash tacos. We also picked Mexican Streetcorn and Chips & Green Chile Queso as sides. They also did not disappoint. We're even more thrilled to learn there's a location closer to home.

Honestly I want to live this place. They did a great job with the build and layout. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I remember going to the torch trailer late night in Austin and they gave me attitude and I probably made the same mistake I made today which is the Diablo sauce. In Texas tradition is tastes like ketchup with vinegar so avoid that . Unfortunately it comes on the queso. The staff was nice and informed me the salsa comes on the taco bell sure to order the sauce on the side even with the wueso. Try it without the DiabloMy wife got a shrimp taco $6.25 with 3 tiny shrimp and almost no cabbage. I think if it was stuffed she would have liked it more. Now the bad news was my fajita taco which wasted great but had tons of grisle so it was tough to eat and I couldn’t enjoy itOverall a big fail. Looking forward to trying some other items. I did like the Roma sauce

Went here first the first time and it was awful. Only got a burrito and taco and it took over 40 minutes. Said something after we saw tables sitting getting food and leaving after we sat down and they rudely said its coming. The taco was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Won't be back. Maybe Scottsdale does better but Gilbert location is awful. And they weren't even busy. Multiple employees just standing around.

Visited Torchy's Tacos for dinner one night. We've been to the Queen Creek location and enjoyed it, so decided to try the Gilbert location. It's located near the SanTan Village, which is closer to us. The interior is large and spacious. Just like the QC location, Gilbert also has a full bar. I ordered one baja shrimp taco, one Mr. Orange, and the street corn. Hubs and I shared the green chile queso and chips. The baja shrimp taco comes with fried shrimp, cooked cabbage slaw, pickled onions and jalapeños, cotija cheese, cilantro, and chipotle sauce while the Mr. Orange comes with blackened salmon, grilled corn and black bean relish, cotija cheese, cilantro, and avocado sauce. Between the two, I liked the baja shrimp taco the most. I enjoyed the textures and flavors. I remember enjoying the Mr. Orange at the QC location, but not so much this time. I actually wished I got two baja shrimp tacos instead. Next time. The street corn and queso were also great and I would order them again. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Glad to have a Torchy's Tacos close to home!

Really good tacos. Everything is alacart. Meats and all ingredients were fresh tasting and good but I've had better. The salsa is also really good and they provide a generous amount with a CPA and salsa order. Both I and my wife ordered two tacos which come soft shelled in corn or flour tortillas. We would have been fine with one each after eating so many chips. With 2 each, chips and salsa and one fountain drink and a cup of water, our bill was pushing $35. We are out on their patio which was nice. You order at the counter then they deliver your order to your table. So it's not table service but they do clear your table for you when you go. You fill your fountain drink including any refills so don't feel like you need to tip anyone given the prices even though it's prompted when you pay at ordering. How do you tip anyway if you pay before you get your food? Would it really be a tip?

Good food. Tacos are about 6” with about 8oz of toppings. The queso was delicious. There is a secret menu but don’t tell any one. I ate at the bar and had fantastic service. They have a selection of beers on tap and in a can. They have a separate line for Togo orders.

Saturday night was a mess! We sat and watched order after order go to the wrong table. Our food was left with the guy sitting behind us. So after he breathed all over the tacos it was removed and given to us! Label your tables with numbers. The staff are clearly confused. If it wasn’t so gross it would be comical.

Tacos were good. Ordered from the secret menu, bigger tacos, different variety. . The wife loved Sangria Margarita. Will be back to try more.
