So I have people coming over, I order liquor for delivery, it doesn't show up within the delivery window. I go online, says the order is cancelled. I call, they say it was out of stock, yet they let me order it on the website, I'm depending on them to deliver it, and they don't. Seems like you should not be able to order something for delivery the same day that they don't have in stock, eh? Time for a software upgrade guys.

I would like to preface that everyone throughout the store was very nice and helping me find things and giving me recommendations besides the old lady in the front on Friday around 4pm that was clearly annoyed. I came in with my family but I was buying my own stuff. My mom and sister goes first and the lady was all nice to them and when my sister asked if she needed to see her ID she was like “no honey your good” because my mom was buying and that makes sense. But when I came up she got the most annoyed look on her face clearly thinking I’m under age or something and said “I need YOUR Id” like could of been nicer but no problem here you go. She then got further annoyed that I was 21, looked at me, said nothing, then called a manager. Literally not telling me what’s going on. She needed to identify my card cause I was under 22 is what the manager said (nice women) I completely understand policy but please don’t make it seem like I’m the worse thing that happened to your day like dang just wanted to buy some beer :,)

Refused to sell me WATER. I came in with my boyfriend we were buying WATER and the cashier asked for ID. I didn’t have mine but he had his… she called a manager and they said they don’t allow people under 21 in the store, but there’s people walking around with their kids inside the store as well. I looked up their policy on their website, and this is what it said “ we don’t allow any person under the age of 21 to enter our store unless accompanied by an adult guardian of legal drinking age*” but even though he had his ID and I didn’t have mine, they still refuse to sell us water. So that being said, shouldn’t we be allowed to buy the water considering he had his ID? Or do you just not sell to any family coming in with their kids as well? Or do you just cherry pick who you will apply this rule to?
