We had an issue with my daughter in the hospital the staff was patient understanding, forgiving, kind, compassionate, and took great care of us in a hard time even when I wasn’t very patient or kind myself from the overwhelming situation and unexpected added expenses. They were able to work with me. They will always have by loyal service because of this.

All well and good but they require emergency contacts that have to answer their phone before being able to rent a truck. (This is apparently up to the managers of each location so. I would recommend a location that doesn't require this.) They close at 7p.m. but upon arrival around 5-10 early, they had closed the shop access before we had arrived. Which then meant we had to go download their app and go through their whole "equipment return" in the app. Very annoying and honestly none of the annoying stuff had to happen, but they decided it for themselves and for us to be that way.

They're making a fraudulent claim against me stating that there was an accident to the vehicle that occurred at 12pm yet we had dropped it off at 11:10am before the required time. There is no physical way that the damage they are saying happened was caused by us. I was not emailed a receipt by them either. I got my receipt 4 hours after dropping the vehicle off by chatting with the live support on the u haul website. Not to mention I was disconnected for no reason at the beginning. Then I had to call the number to figure out what was happening and now I have a claim that's under review. The amount of disrespect and blatant lies by this store is disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

The managers, Ben and Christina were great! They treat me so good. I was homeless & in a shelter when I moved in due to COVID and they treat me with respect. The staff gave me water all the time in the summer cuz they knew I was walking from the bus stop in that heat. None of the staff ever treat me with disrespect because I was homeless, which happens a lot in other places. They were all so nice to me. I’m back on feet and have an apartment in Phoenix and a car. So I’m grateful that all of my belongings were safe and secure all that time. God Bless you all and thank you!

We called yesterday to reserve a truck. After seeing my complexion The gm said we needed an emergency contact that needed to answer their phone prior to rental. Have never had to do this at Any location before. The contact wasn't awake at 9 am on a Sunday cause everyone works or goes to church. The gm is racist worst experience at a uhaul. Would never recommend this location

Don't ever rent a storage bin from here ever or a truck Stay away from this place U-Haul doesn't care about anything they charge you for everything you do they are horrible here fee after fee everyday constantly everytime you turn around they call you constantly wanting money and fees they drive you nuts I will never ever rent from this place ever again they've lost my business I would stay away from this place at all costs place needs to be shut down permanently

I returned my vehicle and left my beautiful Oakley's brand new sitting in the front seat. As soon as we got there, a young man came and grab my keys and we left. Moments later, I realized with 100% certainty that I left my glasses on the seat. I told the company several times I want my glasses back. They never got back to me. They acted as if though nothing had happened. I called the company's headquarters and complain. Nothing happened. It makes me really mad that they would allow this to happen and not returned my glasses to me.

Customer service rep scheduled us for a different location than requested. Made the wait time longer, but still good service overall.
