The staff at this location are helpful, experienced and friendly. The truck was ready on time and they were clear about what was required and got me on my way quickly.Unfortunately, the office was in poor repair, with multiple roof leaks and a generally very run-down appearance. The point of sale equipment seemed unreliable.The truck I was assigned was clean inside and out, but in very poor mechanical condition. I have some experience driving large vehicles and this one was in such poor mechanical condition that it was a challenge to drive. The steering was so loose that the truck required constant correction to keep it in a straight line. The truck pulled to one side and the steering wheel had what seemed like 10 degrees of turn before it would engage the steering mechanism, meaning the steering wheel was almost always pointing a different direction than the truck was travelling. The engine had an intermittent stutter at idle and the brakes were so soft as to eliminate the ability to safely perform an emergency stop.

Robert called to let me know I left my garage door opener in the u haul truck I rented. Went to pick it up over a week later and Kathy was on duty and handed me the remote after I had identified it .She was extremely polite with lots of smiles while chatting with me. Met her pup Tigger and brightened my day !Thamk you to the whole staff for being such great people and business .Very satisfied with my whole rental experience their.Take careLyle Suedmeyer:+-)

Used this location on several occasions for both renting a Uhaul, and help with our personal trailers. The staff was always super friendly and helpful.

I did the online check in. It was super easy. Picked up at 545am before the heat hit. Had no issues. Was charged exactly as I was quoted. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.... there was no place to park my vehicle that I drove there. I did not see that on the site or think to ask that prior to booking.

We dropped off the truck at 12:00 PM. They were closed, so they asked us to drop off the keys in a box. They ended up charging us for cleaning while we returned the truck super clean. When we told them that we have the pictures of how the truck was clean, they claimed that we did not fold the blankets properly and they charged us 2 bucks for each fold!!!! What a joke. Before you charge people for cleaning, clean your office first. It smelled like farts when I returned the last item we had.!

Didn’t make it clear to drop truck back off at this location. And it’s very run down. What a bad appearance for u-haul. Thanks for stealing my money. You need it for how bad this location is.
