I visit this location a lot since i live down the street. Everybody here is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful when it comes to selecting the right products. Wanted to mention Alex for helping me out with picking out the right items for a certain makeup look i was aiming for. He even demonstrated it for me on my face. Thank you Alex!

Best Ulta in all of Maricopa. Iām sensitive to perfumes and normally cannot go inside an Ulta even for a minute without getting hit with a migraine. This is the only Ulta Iāve ever been able to go in without that happening. The employees are also lovely and so helpful.

Went in looking to get help for a color match for the Elf liquid glow. Asked some lady on the floor near the Tarte section to help me with a quick color match and she told me āthey donāt have testers. You have to just buy them & if they donāt match just bring it back & try a different shade.ā Uh ok. So I asked her between the 2 shades I had in my hand, which she thought was best for my skin tone. She literally told me āIdk. Just buy both.ā I shook my head and walked away. Pure laziness. Then a sweet lady from the Salon asked if I needed help and she immediately matched my color to my skin tone. At least someone in the store is helpful and does their job.

I donāt usually shop at this store because itās not the one closest to me. But, my boyfriend and I have been in the area all day so we stopped in. I was looking for a couple items specifically and itās a larger store than what iām used to. the whole time we were there, the staff was attentive and super nice. Later in the evening there were a couple items i really wanted and placed as a pick up to grab on our way home. I didnāt realize I needed my ID so my boyfriend went in to get the order & was told he needed to bring my ID inside. I went in, explained i didnāt have it on me but had the email. One of the girls at the desk laughed and questioned why i didnāt have my ID⦠i donāt think i need to explain that i wasnāt driving⦠she said i could use my debit card or a photo of an ID. i brought out my card and they said the manager would make the final call. The manager said id have to use an ID verifying app.. which requires you to have the ID to scan and verify. So i said nevermind, iāll come a different day. Getting in the car I realized i actually did have my keys (and ID) but i was nervous to go back in seems how the staff came off very bothered i didnāt have it to begin with. since originally the associate told my boyfriend he needed my ID, he offered to go in. he came back saying the manager on site was rude claiming i āsent him back inā and if there was a problem with the order i couldnāt return it. usually, they open the bag and verify the items. he was aware what i purchased and could have done so if given the chance. A simple human mistake of
forgetting an ID or remembering you actually do have it, shouldnāt be a shameful matter. The entire reason he went in instead of me was because iād rather avoid being spoken to that way. i was laughed at and then he was treated poorly as well. there are plenty other ultas who will treat their customers right, go elsewhere.

Ebony, and Kami were super sweet, and helpful when I was making a large purchase. I had a 20 minute fight on the phone with my credit card company, they helped speak with them, and helped along the 20 minute journey to get my order completed. They were so patient, even when it was a bit busier in the store, I really appreciated that so much. Thank you girls. ā¤ļø

Had a great experience with Michelle she was very welcoming and so helpful. As a black woman it can be hard to find the right products but Michelle was amazing and so knowledgeable. She was able to tailor our experience to products that benefit our hair and skin care needs!

Cindie at the Gilbert, AZ store on Marketplace (San Tan Mall) was amazing! Saw my 13 year-old-daughter and her rosacea skin and knew exactly what she needed. It has now been going on two weeks, and her skin has improved along with her confidence. After meeting with Cindie, my daughter has been diligent with her skin care, which before was a bit of a struggle.

Typically, there are no issues at this location. I had to change the number on my account due to someone using my information to use my points. Now the phone number I use has two accounts. Brandy verified my name and as soon as I paid, the email showed on the screen and was wrong. I told Brandy this and she claimed I would still get my points because āpoints are connected to the phone numberā which sounded like a lie, but I took her word for it. I check my account and of course thereās no points there because it would make zero sense for my points to have come to the completely wrong account. Luckily, I know the person whose account it was sent to and was able to retrieve the receipt to make a return to put it on the correct account, but if you care about your points make sure you verify before paying that it is the correct account or you will be misled to get you out of the store.
