Went online to request just an exchange and they said I had to go in the store
Went in the store and they said it was after 30 days so they wouldn’t even do an exchange

Came in here with my mom and Catherine older woman with glasses around 5 pm followed us every step of the way never asked us if we needed help but continued following us aisle to aisle even up to the register, not once offered help just watched us

This review is specifically for the Ulta Beauty Salon. I received a haircut and dye from Kari Jo. Her and the entire salon team was very attentive and accommodating. She was an excellent listener and fully “understood the vision” for my hair. It’s always nerve wracking to see a new stylist for the first time, but her energy and active care ensured a smooth visit.

Customer service is bad when you need help with a lost gift card. One week later I found it. It's the point with no direction or help trying to help my situation .
No more transactions with Ulta.
Very poor customer service.

I like to shop here cause it's clean and smells wonderful. I would have given them Five stars if it wasn't for the fact that many times I've come here to buy my favorite Paul Mitchell hairspray and it's out of stock. Usually, I have to go to another Ultra to find it in stock. This visit I purchased a different Paul Mitchell hairspray. Unfortunately, it does not hold as strong as my favorite and i wasted $25. Bummer.

I went in to buy some foundation today for my wedding and was helped by Brian! (Sorry if I misspelled your name) Brian was wonderful! So friendly, so knowledgeable! I will definitely come back in and talk to him if I need help with makeup again.

Normally my visits are well and good and I get things that I want. I do struggle with foundation because of my skin tone being very pink and yellow at the same time and I'm in my 50s. So who's there to look for a foundation salesperson decided she wanted to talk to me about religion and God I'm clearly a person that has my own path and I was very uncomfortable because it was not there to debate my religious or non-religious or spiritual beliefs so I left the store without my foundation feeling judged for who I am in my path. Being told I am wrong and not a good person. I get it everybody's in up an arms with religion right now because of politics but it did not need to be brought into a simple trip to Ulta to find a foundation to be talked to about religion wrong place wrong time I felt very odd and uncomfortable. I ended up at Sephora a couple stores down the young lady there helped me got me some matching shades some samples much better experience kind of sad because I do like Ulta just may not go back to this one

This is my favorite Ulta 💕 all the employees here are amazing, I was a little nervous because the women that ussually helps me wasn't working today, but regardless Loren helped me find the right primer for what I was looking for and put me on the right track, he also helped me with mascaras and another employee was so sweet and helped reassure me what shade to get in my concealer , so sweet and they put up with me and my awkwardness and also helped my fiance find hair products he is excited to come back and try 🥰

Val is the best! She does my eyebrows perfectly every month and always makes it a fun experience. Plus, she's super helpful when I'm trying to find things in the store. Highly recommend her!
