Quick and efficient. I was in and out within 10 minutes with 2 passport photos. The photos were $19.99. Not cheap but all providers seem to be running high.

I had a biological specimen that needed to get out asap next day air. I was running behind due to some other waits elsewhere and traffic and was about 10 minutes late from last pickup time. I tried my luck and went in instead of searching for another location. Carson said the driver was just walking out and he ran down the street, fought off a few coyotes and robbers and even got bit by a rattlesnake all to catch the driver and get my package en-route. Thanks homie

Emma and Naomi were super helpful during my stressful return of an item. I even left my cell phone by accident and they stored it away safely until I realized and returned to store. Thanks Ladies!

This is my regular UPS store and I've always had a positive experience whether with Amazon drop offs or quick prints. But just gotta especially shout out this store because Emma really helped us out by acting as our Notary Public. She certified copies of original docs for us. We'd been running all over trying to find someone who could do it. Thanks so much, Emma! Great experience! :)

I cannot recommend this UPS Store (#6945) highly enough! Right before Mother's Day, I found myself in a bind needing something printed quickly. After a couple of places turned me away, I walked into UPS, expecting a long wait with no hope for a timely completion. To my surprise, the line moved quickly, and I was soon greeted by Karsen. He immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that my print job would be completed on time. His courteous, knowledgeable, and personable service was a huge relief during a stressful moment.
Fast forward to this weekend—I needed printing done again and specifically drove three times the distance in hopes Karsen would be there. Not only was he there, but Trevor also helped me, and once again, I left feeling completely satisfied. The level of service provided by Karsen and Trevor is outstanding. It's clear that this location has a winning formula for customer service.
Whatever they’re doing at this UPS Store, it should be replicated everywhere! Excellent service in every way—thank you, Karsen and Trevor, for making my printing needs a breeze!

I just started going to this location to drop off Amazon returns and I’m happy I made the switch. I’ve been using another location for awhile. Every time I dropped off an Amazon returns, they always say they didn’t get the return. I’ve had to literally fight with Amazon since 2022 to give me my money back.
This hasn’t happened at this store!
Karsen at the front is so awesome! Whatever he and they are doing with Amazon returns is working! I’ve dropped off a few packages and more today and already got acknowledgment from Amazon that they received the packages. This hasn’t happened in 4 years.
Happy to have found this location! Everyone is really nice there.

I just wanna give a HUGE shout out to Karson, probably hands-down saved my experience with not only the fingerprinting process, but also the UPS store in general!! It took me a couple of days to try to get this done because it’s at specific locations and with the last bit of hope, I came to the location here on Gilbert and Baseline. I was having some trouble at the kiosk and for about 10 minutes was standing there shaking my head. I asked Karson for some assistance and it took him all but 30 seconds to remedy the situation and assist me in getting my fingerprinting done. I asked him if he’s running the store and he said no, well I think he should be because his customer service and knowledge for exceeded my expectations and it shouldn’t go unnoticed. From somebody who’s been in customer experience For a long time, I know how important it is for the recognition, so I wanna make sure he gets his flowers🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
