I love this place. The people are all super friendly. I am not tech savvy in any way and they always help me with PDFs and print jobs and things that confuse me, and they never make me feel dumb.

So rude, sent out a letter and instead of sending it to the right place it was mailed to me. Then they would not make this right. Will never go to this location again. The manager was also so rude.

Went there at 240 to drop off a package 2 other people behind me and it was closed for the day when hours clearly say 3:00pm fix your hours!

The UPS business model is clearly “literally every last dime we can bleed out of anyone for any reason!”
Needed to print a single piece of paper. Must rent computer with card. Then find out you have to login with personal credentials. $2.15 charge and Mr. Magoo just stands there and shrugs and tells me I AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOL… you clearly deal with this frequently.
Maybe become conscious and ask someone who makes enough money to care to do something. Because now? On principle? I won’t set foot in another UPS store in my life.
I’d be mortified to work here. How embarrassing.
You got $2 for literally nothing and a 1 star review. Good job guys! 😂

UPS just lost a long time customer. They refused to print my labels, telling me I had to rent a computer, then use my personal google to login and then print, all while charging me more and more money. I ended up leaving and will never ever come back here again. So stressful, I was almost in tears with my young son just trying to get labels that I have always emailed to them and then paid for the paper. Complete money grab, terrible customer service. Just another greedy company with crappy people.

I have been to this UPS several times during the holidays and every time I go, they have great customer service and are very kind. It’s been pretty busy with long lines due to it being close to Christmasbut they are very efficient and make sure everyone’s needs are being met.
