They are always Johnny on the spot when I need help. Whether that is ordering biz cards, printing docs for presentations, shipping items or returning my wife’s Amazon orders, they are always top notch.

This location is my go to place for Amazon returns and I appreciate the employees helping me with those. Recently, I went in with several returns and Joe helped me. He was so patient and explained the changes I needed to make on Amazon so I could drop off just the items instead of boxing them. He and I went through item by item and he was able to get the Amazon items taken care of for me.
I appreciated his help so much. He has worked with me before and has great customer service. The store in general has always treated me well so I would recommend this as a great place to do your Amazon returns.

This is by far one of the worst UPS locations with the worst customer service. I went to go renew my box and asked a question about the terms and conditions that they wanted me to sign off on and the 3 employees there couldn’t explain anything and then escalated the situation and got defensive because he couldn’t explain the terms I questioned. I’ll take my $350 elsewhere. Also, I ship boxes regularly and anytime I come in to drop off, this same big guy gets an attitude because he has to do some work? It’s not the customer’s fault they closed the customer care centers. Update - the manager emailed me and threatened me refused any further services, as if there aren’t any other options for a mailbox??? They are so unprofessional

Went in about 5 minutes ago and walked up to the desk to return a couple amazon packages. Tera the employee working refused to help me and said I needed to do it myself thru the machine. I told her I always have problems with it and Would like her to do it and she refused and said it wasn't her job! I urge management to look at the footage. I was the only person in the store and she still refused. Will not return as long as this kind of customer service is tolerated

It's super easy to return anything but sometimes they don't accept the package, but ist usually a Amazon problem best ups store I've been too.

The best UPS store! These folks are so friendly, helpful and professional - I always go to this store when I need anything shipped. Also I had to fax something the other day and they were so great with all the details.

The young man behind the counter was not at all helpful and actually quite rude. He was the same with the person in front of me. His job is to provide service, not to simply stand behind the counter with a sour expression and a negative attitude. A smile and courtesy goes a long way.

I’ve been here a few times for shipping needs personal and Amazon returns and Tara is not the nicest person to deal with. She is rude and very short with customers myself and I’ve observed her being that way with other customers before me as well.
