Came here to return an Amazon package and they charged me $2 to print the label on one piece of 8x10 printer paper! Absolutely absurd.

We do business here all the time - i.e. packaging for eBay deliveries and other areas of business. We have them package and ship for us. We attempted to drop of some pre-labeled and pre-stamped envelopes (USPS) - about 150 of them. Something OTHER UPS stores have done no problem. The young man at the counter refused citing the volume was too high. Translation - he was too lazy to deal with them. Even attempting to reach the manager (Adam) was challenging - they refused to provide his contact information and gave us a hard time even asking for him to return our call. Seems the manager needs to spend a little more time at his store. I assure you we will never be doing business at this location again for anything. In addition we will spread the word as to our horrible experience. One employees laziness and refusal to prioritize customer service has cost this location future business. We are also submitting a formal complaint to the actual franchise HQ - one bad apple impacts the entire franchise.
I want to be clear this review is specific to THIS location. Most locations are more than accommodating - all comes down to the quality of staff and management.
** quick update: the owner of the store replied and said the reason they couldn’t accept our usps envelopes was due to space. Keep in mind the stack of envelopes are letter size and occupied little more then a small box measuring 11 inches high and 14 inches wide. Also keep in mind another ups store (similar in physical size and capacity) happily accepted our envelopes and apologized for this location. I will update to include the exact response form the ups store franchise HQ as well - I was advised by the other location to file a complaint with them. So i absolutely do not understand the ridiculous excuse provided by the owner / manager. And I won’t be doing business there again. Sorry but this wasn’t about space - it was about an employee who didn’t want to be bothered with helping us. That is my opinion and seems consistent based on the exceptional service we received from another ups store location. Stay tuned for the formal response from the franchise HQ. I will post their response verbatim here. and based on a preliminary discussion and apology I am pretty sure what the response will entail.

Evertime I need to ship something or if I have a return to Amazon, they're always fast and courteous.
