Always a great experience at this store, however, more staff probably wouldn't hurt. I've gone in on multiple occasions and there has been a line almost out the door of people waiting for amazon returns. Usually the kiosk is open though so cant complain too much.

The staff are really friendly. I go to this location all the time due to how friendly and helpful the employees are. I would even go out of my way to go to this location.

The guy was friendly and helpful. I am appreciated at UPS. No shipping is too hard or cumbersome for UPS. Now the Post Office is a different story.

Posted store hours on the door are incorrect. Drove all the way over to this store at 3:45pm on a Sunday as the hours on the door state open until 5pm on Sundays. Arrived at 4pm and the OPEN light was illuminated in the window and I had six packages to bring in. So I gathered everything up and upon arriving at the door it was locked and they were closed. Why would the open sign be illuminated? Weird. Would be helpful to update store hours on the door.

Gave them my package and they lost it claiming it's the post office fault but they wouldn't give a receipt. Terrible customer service skills also

New store to return an item, upon entering and asking for assistance to return the item Employee number 181964 informed me of a policy that the shipping label needs to be printed out. I informed him that my previous experience the QR code could be scanned and the package would be shipped. He stated there is a new policy and they are unable to do that now.
I’m fine with the changes but the employee was rude and passive aggressive with me. The next customer behind me asked him how your day was going and he said frustrating, I’m tired of having to explain policies to people over and over.
Meantime, I’m standing right there.
I will never go to the store again

Employees are great! by the male mgr/owner i think(black beard) very bad manners, customer skills 0, he doesn't know the words "please or thank you". I was coming here on a regular basis before meeting thus person, but i will take my business somewhere else where I am treated better.

I use the store at 67 S Higley Rd Ste 103, Gilbert all the time . Manny Singh were amazing as always in helping. Seen them helping others in a timely manner so on one has to wait long . Today, I was dropping off a return to Amazon and with happiness on their faces they said they could help .. Thanking you for helping and for being just down the street . Appreciate it
