The elderly gentlemen who works there seems to be overly friendly. Maybe he just needs to learn to not stare at people and search for attention from his desk at view. Who would let a guy like that run back and forth trying to say hi to woman who are not single like him all day . Awful banking experience

Opened a business account because they had really low merchant rates. Little did I know there was hidden fees. Had I used them for a full month of business they would’ve have taken more money than my original merchant. They were prompt to reply and help me get set up but when I had mentioned the hidden fees they told me they would resolve it and never got back to me. After a week of no communication, I closed the account. They also tried too hard to get me to get credit cards. They suggested I open one for my wife(who isn’t involved in the business at all). Go watch the documentary on banks on Netflix they do this to meet quotas and appease upper management and shareholders. Stick with a local bank. I learned my lesson. *Please stay away from this bank. Updating my review 2 weeks later because after I closed my account they still charged me for merchant services and I haven’t processed a single payment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unreal. I have literally never dealt with a business (let alone a bank) with such awful customer service. I have been in contact with 3 people from this horrible bank in the process of trying to get my HELOC squared away and, no joke, they just disappear. Will not answer calls or emails and then finally after nearly a MONTH someone reached out to tell me my loan "timed out". UM YOU THINK?! It wasn't for lack of communication on my part, that's for damn sure! Terrible. If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.

Good customer service but EVERYTIME I USE THIS ATM IT NEVER WORKS!! Never takes my bills I have to do 5 bills at a time IF THAT EVEN WORKS it’s been like this for over a year and it’s super frustrating when you have a long day at work and you come to try and deposit your money and it doesn’t work!!! you guys can afford to fix this and there’s no way I’m the only one complaining about this!! Please do! I’ve been sitting here for over 30 minutes trying to deposit 20 bills! This is so insane

DO NOT try to deposit cash in the atm! I tried and it kept rejecting my Bill's. Finally I was able to grab some back but it kept some and nothing was deposited into my account. Just received an error receipt took it inside and nothing they can do about it. Now I'm stuck having to wait 10 business days or up to 45 to get my money back on a claim. Money I need and had minutes ago! Been nothing but problems with this bank. Regret switching banks! That credit should be honored at the time of. Not make the customer wait.

I recently made an appointment to open a business checking account. Nadine was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes and Nadine explained the accounts very thoroughly, helping me make the best decision for my business. US Bank also has the most reasonable business checking accounts of all the banks I researched. I am very pleased with this experience and my account!

Have to make an appointment to speak to a bank rep, which I completely understand and did online. But then I showed up at time of appointment and doors are locked. Knocked, no answer. Called bank, and told someone would let me in. 5 minutes standing in 100 degree heat, still not let in. Left.

Given the couple of times people have taken the time to post negative experiences, I thought I'd take time today to post one that is positive. I'll start by saying I've been a USB customer for 44 years if I count the multiple acquisitions I've gone through. So my account number is almost 1. :) When I moved to Phoenix here, I chose this location as my primary since it has safe deposit boxes. In addition to these, I've had several discussions with different people here regarding various loans. On one occasion a rep educated me and told me there will be a much lower loan rate if the purchase was made through the dealership because the banks at that time could not compete with their deals. Net, USB had my best interests in mind. I also have a part time gig where I'm the CFO for a privately owned small business and have had occasion to discuss various topics at this location. ATM has never been down on my visits, safe deposit box has always been available on my visits and the staff here recognize my face now. I've found that it's helpful to try to develop some kind of personal relationship with bankers. On one occasion many years ago I needed a small bridge loan in between a transfer. I walked in and told my banker what I needed and he used his position to hand over to me the money I needed against a Visa account which I paid off and closed in less than 30 days as promised. Versus taking the time to post negative comments, I think it's worthwhile first to have a discussion. If after that I'm still unsatisfied, then I will make my negative comment.
