What a horrible branch this is. Go anywhere but here. Multiple times they have closed earlier than what shows online. Last time I went I had an issue with the atm and the teller Reine Maatouk told me that she couldn’t help because they were closed. Lights out and all. I looked at my watch and it was a little over 5 minutes before close. I was out of luck and told to call an 800 number. Lazy workers. Then I called to open a business checking account to make sure they do that at their location since I’ve had multiple issues at this branch, and I was told I needed to make an appointment?!?! Whaaaat lol they’re always dead there, and I know because I frequently shop at that Frys. Anyways, I make an appointment with Cory for the following day, even though they were open for another 3 hours. The appointment is scheduled with Reine Maatouk. Great. She cancels my appointment an hour before the scheduled time and then calls me 8 minutes before my scheduled appointment asking if I could call her back. Yeah, no thanks. Lazy, incompetent employees. Not shocked. She probably felt overwhelmed and wanted to close earlier again.

Tried to open an account today at the US Bank inside Fry’s (Higley/Chandler Heights) and I was told he couldn’t and I should make an appointment! There was no one there it was 3:15pm Saturday 9/18/2021. I was told to go online I walked away and left.

Terrible customer service. This branch has me considering switching banks. Nobody is competent in this branch. Nobody is sure on how to do their job and they all have a bad attitude. Go to the location inside Safeway at Mcqueen and Ray, or the location at San Tan.

They lack customer service and empathy. I have been going here a long time. After the manager, Sara, left this place its gotten bad. I won't bank here any longer and considering changing banks. I am dealing with a family crisis where my son is in ICU. I left hospital to deposit checks into my business account at this US Bank. I have 7 accounts with US Bank. Two people were working at the time. Both were with customers which is fine but it was also a social event for them. No urgency. They had no one handing teller business and I had urgent matters to attend to. Why doesn't one person handle banking business, new accounts, requests, etc and the other person handle teller business? Why are both consumed with setting up bank accounts and leaving people waiting for an extended amount of time? Well I couldn't wait any longer. I deposited into the ATM and this is where I have no patience for people that don't care to help. The ATM froze after I put all my checks in it.. They said I would have to pick up the card tomorrow. What about my money? Cory, with his smug attitude and ignorance said that I would have to call and put in a dispute...??? Wait what? Your ATM fails and I have to go through the process to get money that you lost. My fiance picked up my debit card since Im in ICU and he showed extreme attitude towards her.I called Jordan Hermes at US Bank branch on Rural Rd . He opened all my accounts up back in the day. I told him my story and what happened. Empathy. Helpful. Understanding. Willing to help right away. He gave me the credit on spot. He saw the exact amount I deposited in system and fixed it!. Saved me the hassle since Im staying in ICU with my son. Go see Jordan Hermes if you can. He is outstanding.Im never going back here and Cody....go work where you don't deal with customers. The kitchen at Applebee's is hiring. Your are better suited for that.

I'm appalled at the tenacity of the employee at the counter and the blatant disrespect for their customers in general. I went to the counter asking to exchange $20's for $50's. I was told they cannot make change unless I'm a US Bank customer. I have a credit card through US Bank which they verified, but not a checking or savings account. I was told that the CC account wasn't sufficient and was denied change. After a negative experience with the credit card side of US Bank yesterday and this experience today, I advised them that I should close my credit card account and be done with US Bank altogether. I was told to "Go ahead, you can call the number on the back!". I've been a US Bank customer since 2014. Not anymore.

Called bank. Spoke with Rudy about an NSF fee. He was rude, condescending and definitely had no customer service skills. He said he was an assistant manager, but the bottom line he was unwilling to help me and very matter of fact. Now we know why US BANK has such low scores on reviews. I reccomend First Bank. They are friendly and willing to help.

This branch is horrible! It was fine until the new bank manager Jackie Deaner and her assistant manager Rudy Rodriguez showed up. We used a different branch before this one, but when Rudy started making mistakes we switched branches. Rudy makes a lot of mistakes and lets himself into my account to "fix it" he removes and adds funds and then a few weeks later he removes more. My husband went to deposit his check the other day when Rudy was working. Rudy offered to deposit my husbands check but my husband told Rudy he would wait for another teller because he wasn't going to give Rudy another chance to mess up our account. The branch manager Jackie then decided that she would just close our account because of the hostility between my husband and a man who should not be handing money. Mind you the last time Rudy touched our account he deposited the check and then immediately reversed it after my husband left the bank.. but sure I'll believe that was our fault.

My wife and I have been banking here for over two years now. My wife thought I deposited money and I thought she deposited money. Huge mistake! Even though our account is always in good standing and we never over draw the account one of life's moments happened and surprise we had a little miss communication which resulted in over $500 in fees by the time we found out there was no money in there. The funny thing is they let us run our debit card for more than a week before we realized there was no money in there. We received no alerts, phone calls, or mail letting us know it was over drawn. It was an honest mistake and at $36 per debit/credit card transaction, we ran up over $500 in fees. I have attempted to get them reversed for more than a week and Jon the manager will not reverse any more than $180. So a $.69 drink cost me $36.69 every time we bought one. Instead of trying to help all Jon the manager did was lay down blame and how it is our responsibility to make sure the funds are in there before we use the card. Duh! I explained that yes it was our responsibility, but life happens and we are not all perfect. It was an honest mistake and a first time offense. Where is the compassion and honesty. Do they really feel that $36 for a $.69 soda is justified? we have 4 children and am out of a job as of recent. This couldn't have happened at a worse time and they could care less. The sad thing is we had the money to deposit, we just had a miss communication. Crap bank, especially Jon the manager who has no compassion at all. What does he gain from over $300 in fees? Stay away from this bank!
