Multiple experiences now of saying my package was delivered and never receiving it. Usually my neighbors are nice and bring me over my stuff but this time my package has been lost for a week and it's no where to be found. It was stuff I needed for work and I'm extremely upset

About 1 1/2 weeks ago I got a pink slip to pick up a package. This package contained medication for my heart. I went to the Elliot location like the slip said and after about 15 minutes of looking for it he couldnt find it but said its supposed to be delivered today. That didn't make sense to me sense I recieved a slip to pick it up. He told me to try giving the Fiesta location a call sometimes the carriers for their location will get packages from Fiesta. I gave a call to this location Fiesta...and boy oh boy did I have an excellent customer service situation. Shefah handled my concern she was able to calm me down since I was panicking my medication was lost, she said she'd give me a call as soon as she got a hold of the carrier. A few hours later she gave me a call and told me the carrier didnt get to scan it in and deliver it but she would come by later on and meet me to give it to me. Denise the carrier gave my package apologized for the mishap even though it wasn't her fault. Both Shefah and Denise went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I hope nothing happens again with delivering my medication or any package but if it does I Shefah and Denise get to provide that excellent customer service again. Thank you again ladies!

I had an issue with two of my packages (I made the mistake), and they were super helpful in trying to resolve it. Gail (Not sure if I'm writing your name correctly) went out of her way to resolve the issue. Thank you!!

I’ve been calling since 3:30PM and the automated system keeps saying your window hours 9AM-5PM and automatically hangs up after. Please do better.

I had an issue with one of my packages and the lady on call was very nice and helpful, I believe her name was debbie. I wasnt expecting her to go out of her way to help me, but she did anyways :)

Not a post office for customers!!!!! Don't try to go there! It's not a real post office- just a distribution place.

I am just going to start off my saying that I wish 0 stars was an option. Showed up thinking it was a great day to send my aunt Becky her vintage teacup collection. Boy was I wrong!!! We were absolutely SHOCKED to find out that this establishment was masquerading as an authentic post office. I don't know what they do in there, but whatever it is has nothing to do with sending my extremely important package!! What am I supposed to do with my extremely time sensitive package now?!

Our mail carrier for 85234 is the absolute worst. (Obviously cant read) For months our neighbors have been delivering each others mail. Sometimes two and three addresses at a time. I received my 1099 2016 forms from a neighbor. One of the neighbors, about two months ago had a sign on the mailbox stating "WE'RE TIRED OF DOING YOUR JOB WHEN WE GET HOME FROM OUR JOBS". Last week I delivered one of my neighbors heart medicine. Now we find that the neighbors are tired of it and either throwing it on the ground at the mailboxes or just throwing it away. I called the Town of Gilbert this morning to ask when they sent my bill out because I never received it. She said they had sent it out over a week ago. She also mentioned that they get a lot of calls about Gilbert mail not getting delivered. Just in the last two months i never received my cell phone bill and never got my church envelopes. I guess neighbors are just getting tired and throwing them out. The post office on Elliot gave me a piece of paper with two telephone numbers on it for complaint. Neither numbers go through, Go Figure. 08/21/17

This locations is actually not a post office for customers but an annex for deliveries. I came here thinking it was your typical post office station but did not find an entrance.. all the streets surrounding the building said it was only for authorized vehicles.
