The staff here is always friendly, the post office is always clean and, if there is a line, it moves pretty quickly.

Did a change of address 3 times at this location. Every time the mail kept getting sent to previous address. I still don't have an address change. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge and the unwillingness to even take accountability for allowing this to happen.

The Elliot St. location in Gilbert has knowledgeable, professional and polite cashiers. The staff is very helpful with any questions, and although the line is long it is usually a short wait.

David the postal service worker in the front is hostile and rude and condescending. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there! Won’t be running in there any longer!!!!

There is never a human being that you can speak with when you have not received a package, even though you have a tracking number and it says that it was delivered this is poor service. This is not the first time that the postal carrier has misstated that there was a package delivered, and it was not in my mailbox please review.

Stop giving my packages to the leasing office…I work from 5am till 5pm and the leasing office is closed on weekends and doesn’t open until 10am and closes till 5pm on weekdays and I don’t get home until 5:40pm so it’s literally impossible for me to get my packages, I literally had to call in sick for work just to be able to wait for them to open so I can pick up my packages because they were threatening me to pick up my packages or they’ll return them to the sender if I didn’t pick them up….my apartment complex literally has parcel lockers right next to the mail room..USE THEM!!!

If you end up in Lernies line just be aware that you are going to be treated like Garbage in an unprofessional manner. I asked to speak to her supervisor Leanne even after 15 minutes and still I never saw her face I then had to leave due to running out of time and the exessive wait. I'm aware to not expect much from USPS but my issue was their professionalism its just bad at this location.

USPS has been mistreated badly by the government. But the staff here has always been patient and cordial. I appreciate them. For the deficiencies, blame deJoy.

Said "go ahead and leave a bad review... what do we care?" From other terrible reviews written about USPS at every location for years, it seems to be true. they simply do not care.
