This post office is AMAZING! I had a time sensitive document that I needed and the staff here went above and beyond to help me get those files in my hands in time for my departure. Minh, George, Mary, and everyone else who was involved in ensuring I received this package in time gave me so much peace of mind in a stressful situation. Thank you again!

Artie was awesome! He opened a ticket to locate a package that wasn't delivered. He is so friendly and helpful and really cares.
Roy also went above and beyond to locate my package and deliver it right to my house. I really appreciate how he looks out for the people on his route and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Artie and Roy!! I also got a call from the post office to confirm that I had indeed received my package. Thank you, all! Barb B.

Well where should I start my mail gets lost all the time I look at my mail see what I get each day I don't get what's in the mail. I talked to the post office and they don't care about the customers bad customer service.they don't care...

1 lady this morning was very friendly and understanding. Made 5 minutes 2 I'll find her name and update here. [I should add the person who works behind the self service door is always hustling and helping people, he is also a good one!] Everyone else here is a bunch of angry piles of garbage who love talking to you like a wet dog. It's the government though, can't expect anything but trash and 1 or 2 good people only here or there. If you do not NEED to use USPS, find somewhere better and avoid the normal terrible service this place provides.

Since When do u have to buy tape at the Post office???? I’m 43 years old and this was never an issue. Amazon u don’t even need a box. UPS n FedEx will still tape it for u. But I paid $3.99 then she used my tape to tape on the label.

Nice workers! Managers though did not help me at all. After I paid 17.50 to intercept packages to me with proof of date and purchase. My packages still delivered to the person and never came back to me! I asked for a refund of the intercept and she said there was no proof on there system! So basically I got scammed out of 17.50 for no reason and wasted half my day on the phone and going in so better usps

Carriers should have to take photos of where they put packages like Amazon. I have 2 packages that are marked delivered to a parcel locker at my complex but I have not been given the key for the locker. So either the carrier just kept the matching key or they gave it to someone else, effectively giving someone else my packages. They don't even say which locker so I can see if it's been unlocked by someone.
Update to this: The packages were removed and placed elsewhere without an update on the delivery status or a note in the mailbox.

I was just at this post office and Cherodi was incredibly rude and even slammed my package down after I tried to glance to see what return address had printed out. She was in a bad mood from the minute I even stepped into her lane. Mind you there wasn’t anyone even in the post office to possibly have stress from long lines which I would get and I often sympathize with them having to do their job and dealing with rude people….however there wasn’t anything of the sort for it to merit her behavior towards me.
