The workers are pleasant and helpful. My issue is that the package chute is ALWAYS closed. I could get there 5 minutes after closing and it will be closed\\full. If you have a package and are trying to use the self service afterhours, just know that it's a 97% chance the chute will be closed. I've given up and drive down to the Val Vista location.

Disrespectful, intimidation-driven, passive aggressive, rude, entitled behind-the-counter clerks ! Shameful representation of the postal service at this location each and every time I've needed customer service there. I'll never step foot in there again. Run, don't walk, from this nightmare.

The self service drop box is ALWAYS broken. Customers jam items in it during off hours and clog it up so other customers are not able to come use it. No incentive not to partake in this kind of behavior ((no signs from post office stating packing clogging drop box won't be shipped or a fine will be implemented if you clog the drop box)) so people do it CONSTANTLY. I waste so much time coming to use the self service kiosk only to find the drop box is not usable.

I've been going to this post office for at least a decade and every time I go I don't understand why they don't have stanchons for the line to wrap around inside the main room, instead it's awkward because people don't know where to stand and then the line is through the door even if it's just a few people in line. Issue would be resolved with stanchons. Always a long wait and customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's just meh. I know the PO is in the red, so I get this request is a luxury, but seriously I will donate stanchons.

I usually receive good service until yesterday!
A return item went to wrong address and thought they (Jennifer) could assist — no such luck! She was not willing to contact the recipient
out of state and was unable to comprehend that
was not what I was asking for! She kept stating it went to correct address showing on tracking
receipt — so stupid!
Luckily the system worked as I received text from USPS post in North Carolina requesting correct information which was provided — no thanks to Jenifer !!!!!

Absolute worst experience I have had at a post office. Huge lack of customer service. They refused to work with me and said I wish I could help. No if you wanted to help you would have no reason to lie and make excuses. I will never return to this location and I recommend you stay away.

Make sure you bring your packages ready to go and don't require any tape or anything else that every other shipping location handles for free, otherwise you will wait in line forever due to the slow service, and then be told that you need to buy an entire roll of tape so that you can ship a small package. Either charge me a reasonable charge for a piece of tape or charge me regular price for a roll of tape, but don't charge me an overly marked up price because you are trying to take advantage of customers when they don't understand you're stupid rules that are different from everywhere else. Gotta love government ran businesses!
