Huge shoutout to Hector at Verizon! He was so patient and kind the entire time, even when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Truly the best experience I’ve had in a phone store!

Guilianno has been the best experience for my family and I both times I have had issues on the account and in adding more accounts to the existing ones. Great customer service and very professional. Both encounters were stress free even when I came in super stressed. All our issues our resolved at ease and we are grateful us a family. Great experience for sure.

I got a new phone and watch. Raphael did a fantastic job making sure everything worked properly and I got all the discounts that were available to me. Would not hesitate to go to this store for any future purchases. Raphael knocked it out of the park. Great service, very knowledgeable and thorough.

We were immediately greeted the the door opening for us as we walked into the store and a very friendly non-pressure representative (Guilianno) asked us what we needed and what we were looking for and at no time did I ever feel like I was being pressured or trying to sell something. It was a breath of fresh air, just knowing and understanding the cell phone industry. I immediately told him that’s probably why they have such high Google reviews. Me and my family as long as we are Verizon customers there our store of choice.

Drove all the way to this specific store because of the reviews. Got the chance to meet and work with Gunner and he was amazing. He went above and beyond helping me with all my questions and pointing me in the right direction. Will be back just for him.

Came to this location after the last store told me to leave and that I didn’t matter no matter what proof I brought them.
Matt took time to help not only fix the issue (a simple trade in) but also listen to me and make sure everything was correct. He was able to help where two others at the previous store had made me feel like less than human.

I was acknowledged by 3 employees upon entering the store, which was nice. I was helped by Pablo, who was so kind, friendly and patient. I went to the store closest to me (not this store) to pick up my phone and was treated very badly by a very rude man, so I was hesitant when I popped into this store. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! It’s not the closest store to me but it’s definitely well worth the trip! I’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful service. Had trouble with RCS chats when I transferred my data to a new phone. Went in and they were so helpful. Upgraded my sim card and got everything fixed for me with awesome service. We upgraded our plan as well, thanks Gunner. Been with Verizon for 11 years, and will continue to do so.

Pablo at the Cellular Sales at the San Tan office was fantastic!! He was kind and helped find the best plan for our cellular and home wifi service. He took the time to ensure everything was transferred over properly. I feel confident walking out of the store that I won't be spending the next few days ensuring everything is here. I'm so appreciative of Pablo and will definitely referring everyone to him.

Worst customer service experience for Verizon and that's saying a lot. Found out I was signed up for streaming services that I never agreed to and the CSR tried to blame me e for it! If I didn't have a contract for the 5G box I definitely would have walked out. Verizon is not the only game in town anymore, but don't seem to realize it.
