Not a corporate Verizon so they have limited services at this location for trade-ins ect. Very friendly staff. Building is nice and clean. Seems like they have a ton of products to offer.

I’ve been with Verizon for a long time, and one of the TOP highlights of my service with Verizon is my business sales pro, Drew! This gentleman is amazing ? Excellent service, personable, explains everything in detail, and just an all-around enjoyable experience every time I go to buy a new phone or upgrade, he’s fabulous!All the reps at this location are super nice, I won’t go to any other location, ever.

Couldn't even shop in the store because of the pungent level of fragrance. Not sure if it was either air freshener itself or possibly cologne from an employee but it was so overbearing we couldn't stay more than 5 minutes before it triggered a migraine. Will try another day but if that is the normal smell then we will have to find a different Verizon to shop at...

my wife had a problem with her cell phone and Jacob Clark the manager was very helpful. he also looked up all the unused devices we were not presently using to try and save us some money. unusual for a salesman but appreciated. highly recommend.

We have been with Verizon for years and this was hands down the best Verizon and customer service experience we have ever had thanks to Jack! My husband had been having a password recovery issue with his Apple iPhone that had been going on for months. We had tried to get help from Apple Support & the Apple Store and they were not remotely helpful. We came in defeated and were ready to give up and/or pay full price for a new phone. Jack jumped in and helped us within minutes to resolve the issue so we could trade it in! We were then able to take advantage of the amazing promo on the iPhone 15 from Verizon. He saved us so much money and also seamlessly transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone! He was funny, thorough, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable about phones, accessories etc. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this store and Jack! THANK YOU for such an amazing turn of events and experience. Truly a wow!

I drive 40 mins and pass several other Verizon locations to come to this one. The customer service is unmatched at this store, I have never had a bad experience. Chris was so helpful with my phone upgrade and made the process as easy as possible which was greatly appreciated since I had my toddler with me. I will continue to travel the extra miles to come to this location and highly recommend it to anyone needing help with their Verizon devices or service!

Brandon took very good care of my phone! He was super friendly and helpful. I had a cellular connection issue and Brandon figured it out quickly, replaced my SIM card and off I went. I had never visited this particular store, but glad I did this time! Even though it means a far drive for me, I may have to drive all the way back here for my Verizon needs! Thanks!

First of all this is not a corporate Verizon store. It is cellular sales. Went to pay my bill salesperson who is (NOT) a Verizon employee said he was going to give me a (FREE) phone.well when I got my bill extra charges were added to my my bill for 36 months. Manager said what do you want me to do. I asked for my old phone back they couldn't do that. Well it took me a couple of weeks to get everything corrected. Sales person Chris Schafer LIED to me. When I mentioned this to a Verizon employee said it sounds like you got scammed. They couldn't even find any type of promotion that he sold me. My husband and daughter got new iPhones today and Drew helped us transfer and get us up and running our new phones .. He was so helpful and spent all morning with us . He helped us get the plans there worked best for us . We will be continuing going to this store and working with Drew!!! Thank you so much Drew!!

Don’t really like being rushed through billing and charges being added to my bill without me knowing…was never told by Brandon that protection service plan was being added to my new iPhone. I’ve always gone with apple care, seems to only care about getting the sale in and out. Online customer service was a lot of help to fix problem, but you should be telling customer about all charges being added instead of just rushing the sale.

Verizon Matt delivered the absolute BEST customer experience I have ever had with any of the carriers. He is a natural, straight shooter who goes above and beyond while also not over promising. I dealt with him and the team at this store twice recently and I have never been more pleased. They have an excellent vibe and make good on their word. What more could a customer want? I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team here and especially Verizon Matt for everything!
