Was told to go to a corporate location to exchange our phones we had for two weeks. After going to the val vista and baseline location where they did not want to help AT ALL we came here. The intake person said they could not exchange the phones because we did not have the boxes. This of course was untrue both explained to me by a verizon store manager the next day and verizon corporate.

The manager of this store deliberately tried to mislead me about a phone promotion. The offer on my account did not require returning my old device, yet he insisted that I had to. He even attempted to involve another associate to cover up his actions.
Only Verizon Customer Service confirmed the truth — my promotion was not a trade-in. When I confronted him, he tried to show me a general promotion from Verizon’s website to make me look wrong. Once he realized I knew the facts, he smirked and pretended it was a “mistake,” even though he’d checked my account twice.
The guy has a wavy black hair.
If you don’t want to be misled or scammed, avoid this store.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The person who checked us in (Sarah) is a horrible excuse for someone that is supposed to provide customer service. She was very rude and disregarded us and our needs.
The service we received was so bad that I called corporate and lodged a formal complaint.
Do yourself a favor and find any other Verizon store.

Stopped in today and Gabe was awesome. Fixed my tech issue quickly, explained promos available to me that I missed out on and I ended up leaving with an Apple Watch I didn’t plan on getting. Promote him 👍🏼

If I could give zero stars, I would. We came into this store to check out options for adding an iPad to our plan. The rep needed to sign into our account to give us quotes, which was fine—that's pretty standard.
We decided not to buy that day, but the guy who helped us on Sunday, September 7th, acted really strange once we said no. About ten minutes after we left, I got an email thanking us for adding device protection, along with a “receipt” that we couldn’t even view. We didn’t sign or purchase anything.
The next day, another email came through showing device protection had been added to a different line on our family plan for $19/month—completely unauthorized. Thankfully, we caught it and canceled right away.
Super shady experience. I’d think twice before giving this store access to your account.

Had a Great Experience! Christian was extremely detailed and answered all my questions.
Everything went well as I changed over to a new phone. My old one had finally bit the dust after 5 + years of use with no problems - Verizon S10 E - go figure?

I don't know where to go at this point, while the staff at the store has been great, I've had billing issues ever since since upgrading my internet with them, I'm owed over $500 now in credits, and I'm paying almost $300 a month for just the line (phone is free), and internet, and somehow I was given a third line (which I don't need and have NEVER used).
It isn't worth it to go into detail, because I've told my story however many times in the store and on the phone with support. I just wish Verizon stood by their word. It's destroyed all trust I've had with them and will likely never return, even if they end up having better service coverage. This has taken hours of my day and literally money that I was told I'd get back. I've paid my bill and they said the credit would come.
Just a HUGE disappointment because up until now, I was going to be a Verizon customer for life. I hate making carrier changes, but I can't put up with this anymore.
