Walgreens is simply a dying business. The employees at this store specifically Kevin and Mellisa are super kind and made my experience much better!

Shift lead on duty at the register on 4pm 7/9/24 was a bit rude after I only came in for a soda and to look at some baseball cards. Felt a bit profiled because he was just jolly with the couple in front of me. Probably won’t be returning which sucks because I loved looking at what baseball cards they have in stock.

I currently don't use the pharmacy, and I haven't been to the Village Medical clinic, so I'm covering the rest of the store. As far as that is concerned, it's pretty good. Like its CVS rival, Walgreens has highway-robbery prices on a majority of items; but I guess that's the price I pay for the convenience (no pun intended). However, there are still good sales to be found, especially on laundry products, certain personal care items, and trail mixes/nuts. And if you get lucky, you can score some pretty great clearance deals at Walgreens. A vast majority of my interactions with employees at this location have been positive, so I can say that the customer service has been good here. In typical Walgreens tradition, this store is very clean and brightly lit inside. However, the parking lot is dark at night and could use brighter lighting. Overall, it's a pretty good drugstore and far better than any CVS location that I've been to.

Didn’t have my prescription in stock, but billed insurance anyway to prevent me from filling it elsewhere. Phones were down so the entire staff was enabled to be as helpless as they possibly could. Had to visit three times in person to get them to reverse their incompetence because they forgot to pay their phone bill and therefore couldn’t be reached by phone. Used to be my go to pharmacy. Now I refuse to use them or shop here.

Walgreens takes care of all but one of my prescriptions. They track it for you, remind you on pickups and reorder when it's time and notifies you again. The pharmacy does it all for me and I rely on their ability to refill and remind me on my prescriptions. I can grab other items also along the lines of a convenience store but bigger.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My prescriptions are always filled on time and it never fails that I will receive a phone call to let me know it's been completed as well. I truly appreciate the extra step they take at this location.

Pharmacy staff are fairly friendly but I’ve never encountered such incompetence. They’ve wasted 2 of my days off trying to pick-up one prescription. Last time I waited over two hours and they sent me running between my doctors office and the pharmacy multiple times. Turns out they had my prescriptions the entire time (for 2 hours). They just weren’t looking for my name properly. When they finally filled my prescription, they didn’t have enough pills. They gave me 13 pills and told me to come back in about 10 days to pick up the rest of my prescription. I came back today and was told I can’t pickup the rest of my prescription, and have to get a new prescription sent in. So I had to go back to the doctor to get a new prescription and the medical assistant had to open up a case in my chart because it looks like I’m refilling my prescription too early. I had to wait 1 hr for my doctor to come back from lunch break, and he still hasn’t sorted my prescription. The Walgreens pharmacist shouldn’t have wasted my time and made promises about filling partial prescriptions and picking up the rest later if she wasn’t sure. Clearly she didn’t know the regulations and now I’ve wasted two of my days off sitting here in Walgreens.

Blames the producers for not having the medication I’ve been getting from them month after month for 2 years, not once did they ever think “you know not getting my client their medication will result in withdrawal symptoms”, and get it “as they need it”. So thanks, Walgreens.
